Great place, BREAKFAST is good and also great scenery. Reception is nice as could flexible time to check in and out.

Beautiful place. Was fortunate to get to see the northern lights. Walkable distance from Santa Claus village.

The room is small, and it is really cold inside the room. I don’t feel warm even when I was in the room. That is also the reason both of us were feeling unwell after stayed there for one night. The location is a bit far from Santa Claus Village. Their breakfast is nothing amazed me. Their check in reception was slow. They didn’t help us to bring the luggage to the room. It was so difficult to pull our heavy luggage on the snow. Do not recommend . Not worth it at all! Please choose Nova Skyland instead of this.

It would be perfect if Santa’s igloo has shuttle bus to assist the guests .

At the end of Santa Claus Village, there is a road to go. The front desk service attitude is very good, the room is very warm, the double bed can be another bed, it is not very crowded, it's a pity that I didn't see the aurora

The hotel is located in Santa Claus Village, about ten minutes' walk. The complimentary dinner is free except for drinks and desserts. I had a flight in the morning, so it was a pity that I didn't get breakfast.

I didn't see the Northern Lights, but the bath water was a disaster. When two people took a bath, the person behind couldn't get warm water.

I think it's average, mainly because it's well-known, has relatively simple internal facilities, and is relatively low cost-effective. If you're traveling, I recommend a hotel chain in the city center. It's very close to Santa Claus Village by taxi.

The room is very good, and guests who stay here are given a free set meal for dinner. We were lucky enough to see the aurora during our three-day stay, especially on the last night. When the aurora was strongest at around 2 o'clock in the middle of the night, the hotel would provide a message to remind us.

Very dreamy and very satisfied with the stay experience, but I didn’t know that this hotel included dinner when I booked it on Ctrip. Maybe booking on the official website will be more clear.

The food in the hotel is very average. For someone like me who prefers Western food, the variety is very limited and the price/performance ratio is not high.

There is booger in the bed. Please pay attention‼ ️The bed feels unclean and there are mites. I feel itchy when I wake up. The scenery is beautiful and the service attitude is also very good. I hope the hotel will pay attention to hygiene issues.
