The igloo is beautiful, we didn’t get to catch the aurora because it is too cloudy, the morning view is better than the night view. We had a pleasant stay

Overall it was a nice hotel with good service. Breakfast spread was pretty decent compared to your typical European breakfast variety. The main courses that is included in the booking was also not bad - we ordered the Scallop Risotto and Beef Tenderloin. The bed however was very soft, not for those who prefer firm mattresses. It was a pity as we couldn’t witness any Aurora due to cloudy weather so essentially it was cloud gazing instead of sunrise / star gazing / aurora sighting. Not sure if the area was actually able to view auroras as it was still pretty bright at night….

Its located within the santa claus village area, require about 400m of walk, passing by husky ride, roasted salmon, restaurants before you reach to santa claus's office. We spent a night in the igloo, with standard western breakfast provided. The only thing i felt dissapointed was that, they provide complimentary dinner(main course) for all guest, but we are not being informed from check in time, end up, we bought our dinner as take away from near by restaurant, and was told to order the main course when we collect room key at the reception. Worst was, they dont provide room service, we have no choice to carry 2 plates of main course back to our igloo. rest is good beside this.

The room is small, and it is really cold inside the room. I don’t feel warm even when I was in the room. That is also the reason both of us were feeling unwell after stayed there for one night. The location is a bit far from Santa Claus Village. Their breakfast is nothing amazed me. Their check in reception was slow. They didn’t help us to bring the luggage to the room. It was so difficult to pull our heavy luggage on the snow. Do not recommend . Not worth it at all! Please choose Nova Skyland instead of this.

Location: It's a good location, as it's located in Santa Village. Rovaniemi's public transportation ends early, so it's hard to play until late at night, but thanks to the good location, I was able to fully enjoy Santa Village. Cleanliness: Compared to other hotels in the city, it was definitely clean and didn't smell. Above all, I was worried that it would be cold because it was a private house, but both the floor heating and the heater were on, so it was warm. Friendliness: Most of the staff were friendly. However, I didn't say that dinner was included in my tour package, but in reality, dinner was included (the main dinner was free) and no staff member told me about this. Fortunately, I was able to resolve the issue through Trip.com, but ask the staff a lot of questions in advance. Early check-in: If there was an empty room, they helped me check in early (for free). And the luggage storage service was good. There was a separate luggage storage room. Breakfast: It was really delicious. Aurora notification: You can set an alarm with the hotel pad. Unfortunately, I didn't see it. Sauna: I used a room with a private sauna. (This is not the product. I booked 2 other accommodations separately.) The sauna had a nice woody scent as soon as I entered and it worked well. Everything was perfect. It was worth the money. However, I felt that it was a good accommodation to see the stars rather than to enjoy the aurora indoors. Because the aurora is not easily visible to the naked eye 🥹

The location of the hotel is very good, it only takes 10 minutes to walk to Santa Claus Village! The hotel staff were very polite and friendly. We were supposed to check in at 4 pm, but they had the room ready at 2 pm. It was really great! The igloo is beautiful. To celebrate a friend's birthday this time, the hotel also arranged champagne and handwritten cards, which was a great surprise. We also made a reservation for the outdoor massage pool and took a bath in the snow, which was a great experience! The water is very warm.
