"隨機給的房間應該不是商務大床房昏暗壓抑，更換了房間之後很滿意。住了10幾天，有個勤快的幾乎每天給我搞衞生的阿姨態度非常好，人和藹可親。另外一個阿姨就很差了，退房那天由於要趕早上的火車，6點50分去吃早餐嘟嘟囔囔的表示7點沒到，不應該來吃早餐，還大聲質問哪個房間，報上房間號之後又説我不含早餐的，***我住了10幾天含早餐的難道嫌棄我要退房了不給早餐吃了？**又確認了一遍説好像有的，一點歉意都沒有，完全沒有服務意識…一副容嬤嬤的表情，態度十分不友好。這種人就應該刷刷馬桶，不應該到餐廳來。
總之，9.5分好評，另外0.5分就是這個**影響了美麗心情，整體來説酒店很不錯，值得推薦。
