"The hotel is located halfway up the mountain. It is recommended to take the bus with luggage. It is quite tiring to pull it up directly. We didn't take the bus when we went there, so we asked the hotel staff to help us. They were very enthusiastic and helped us get to the hotel. The hotel room is OK, and the balcony looks beautiful, with mountains and water. The breakfast is Western style and tastes very good. The transportation is very convenient. There is a train station at the foot of the mountain, and you can take the bus directly to the city."
"Wonderful, quiet location right on the lake, small wellness area with direct access to swimming in the lake. The finest breakfast, buffet and a la carte for any egg dishes. Not to forget the excellent espresso and cappuccino. Rooms with a view of the lake and first-class parquet floors, as well as the service and friendliness of the employees were excellent. Simply everything to enjoy.

"Very beautiful hotel on the lakeside, spent a pleasant three days with my family, the front desk service was very warm, the restaurant was very professional, it seemed that this restaurant was a very famous restaurant in the local area, and the price of 4 stars got a 5-star experience."
"The hostel is located a short walk away from the train station. I overpaid for my train ticket at the airport, you can get a simple 60min ticket which will get you to the hostel. The hostel and room was clean and has nice showers etc. Lockers are in the rooms, a 2 CHF coin is needed but that can be obtained from reception. Beds in the room are adequate, room does get hot at night but the window was left open to regulate that. Staff at the hostel are friendly, I bought my airport return ticket from the reception desk, costs less than buying it at the train station. Breakfast was nice, a decent selection buffet style was provided with juices, coffees and teas. There is a Migro’s supermarket outside the hostel less than a minute walk, and has restaurants nearby too. A good budget stay if you want to spend more on your activities outside."
"The hotel located next to the train station, very convenient. The room is clean and tidy with a beautiful lake view. The bed is comfortable. I’ll stay here again if I comeback"
"We had a terrible experience on the second night of the stay:
We went out for city tour in the morning and when we come back to the room in the afternoon, our room is like being robbed, 3 out of 4 suitcases are missing, the bathroom is only half way clean, balcony door left open, most clothes hanging in the wardrobe are missing. I called front office immediately and i have been told that housekeeping had found the door of wardrobe is broken and has a risk of falling, so for safety reason, therefore, they have transferred our suitcases to the new room.
so here are the question:
1. Why there are only half of my belongings are being transferred to the new room? You either transferred all my belongings to the new room, but not just half of it, it is so scary when you back to your room which it is like a crime scene!
2. Is it normal for a luxury hotel to touch guest's personal belonging without permission of the guest?
3. If the hotel find it a safety issue inside the room, why do they still let the guest go into the room? That kind of put the guest in a dangerous environment that may get injured!
4. Have the hotel ever tried to contact the guest, by phone/email of such incident had happened in the room? or worst case, to stop me to get in to the room, when i passed by front desk before get back to the room? none of it had been done
In short, this is not acceptable for any hotel, not talking about Ameron is a luxury brand, the hotel has poor risk management, this is my first time using this brand and I don't think there will be a second chance, terrible experience and even on the checked out date, no one care to ask how was my stay.
