"The service for food was Ok, food nice too. Room TV was not working and no intercom telephone in the room, making it difficult to reach the customer service when needed. wifi was not too strong as expected, probably due to room position. there was no complimentary drinking water in the room but there was nice complimentary tea in room. there was Ironing board but no Iron in the room, because of NO intercom , reaching customer service for an iron was not possible as my time was running. I could say the position is nice and the worker are friendly"

"This was one of the best ever experiences I had in my 20 year long travel and stays. Especially I would like to mention this girl on reception the day we checked in, was excellent and exceptional. This hotel is no less than 5 star. I will recommend to everyone plz do try once and you will see it for yourself"

"All in all was a comfortable stay, a plus on the breakfast staff so friendly and hospitable. Breakfast was very good, hearty and warm. Only surprise was I had to pay again at the front desk even though I already did online upon booking. Yet to be resolved by Trip.com customer service side. I hope it will be soon and I can my refund."

"Not sure why I chose to stay here. Its in a very rundown part of the city centre. Reception staff were great, but the staff who look after breakfast definitely need some some hygiene training - would avoid this."

"Had a great overnight stay at The Social Hub in Glasgow with visiting friends. The hotel is located in a great place in the centre of town between Candleriggs and Argyle street. The rooms are very modern as is the hotel cafeteria/ bar area on the ground floor just off the reception. There is meant to be a rooftop bar but wasn't open.We would look to stay here again if the price wasn't too high."
