"I got the superior room with the sea view which was refreshing. The location is probably the best for the most part of a tourist- close to the city centre and bus station (for going to tourist attractions outside town which would be too expensive with a taxi) as well as very close to the harbour for the Condor Ferry (if you want to visit the other Channel Islands like Guernsey in same trip)"

"The location of the hotel is very good, just a few minutes walk to the beach and sea bathing beach, can also walk to the city center, downstairs is the Michelin restaurant, very delicious. The SPA in the hotel is co-branded with the website of a beauty and skin care brand. It is necessary to make an appointment one day in advance. "Very good service, the front desk is very enthusiastic, and the room service is also very good:
1. After each room cleaning, they will help fold the pajamas, replenish water and food, and leave the name of the cleaner
2. The front desk answered the phone very quickly. We encountered three problems, all of which were solved within 5 minutes.
3. The location is excellent, only 3 minutes away from the bus station, behind is the city center (central market), and it is very close to all the Internet celebrity restaurants (except Oyster box and other restaurants on the beach)
4. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are large, the facilities are new, especially the bathroom, the supporting facilities are sufficient and use Th White Company suits."

"Nice vibe outside the weekends. Too much children then. Good breakfast and nice atmosphere.
Unpleasantly surprised by the large amount of birds they keep locked up in the garden.
This behaviour of locking up animals for your own fun , i have never understood. It represents abuse of power by lower intelligence.
Stop this! West hill!

"The room is large. The toilet flush button is not easy to use, and the heating is not on at night, so it is quite cold. The service attitude is very good, the breakfast is not bad, and the restaurant environment is elegant and comfortable."

"It was okay. Sauna did not work throughout the whole stay, second day jazzucci stopped working. Outdoor pool was filthy. Our room was missing bathrobes & slippers."

MMartynThe service / staff are amazing here. There is a Portuguese girl on reception who is really sweet and another European girl on reception too. There is a cocktail specialist in the bar who really knows his stuff (I think he’s Indian).
Staff at the breakfast in the morning are really good too! Try the oat milk latte.
Big disappointments are: the single beds are uncomfortable in the twin rooms with awful pillows. The pool in the spa is a bit dirty, the lighting gives the perception that the environment is cleaner than it actually is. The breakfast has no fresh fruit, surely you can provide daily watermelon, fresh pineapple and melon etc.

KkennethWe were very impressed with the facility. It was very clean and warm. The staff was very helpful in checking us in. Although we arrived an hour early, we were able to get into iur room with no hassle or extra fees. The lovation of the hotek was quite convenient as we were able to connect to major location seamlessly. We recommend

AArrowCThe hotel is located on the street in the city center, and it is very convenient to go to the airport and major attractions. There is also a supermarket downstairs.  The room area is larger than expected, clean and well-organized, and the toilet has a bathtub. After a whole day of playing, you can take a bath to eliminate fatigue. However, the sound insulation of the room is relatively poor, and the sound of the corridor and the fence room is often heard, and the quality of sleep will be affected.
