"Pros 1. The hotel can park for free, but parking is limited. 2. The rooms are fully equipped. There are ovens, cutlery, refrigerators, bread juices and milk in the refrigerator for free use. 3. Very close to the beach, 5 minutes walk, the environment is better. 4. The surrounding facilities are quite complete, walking distance to 7-11, pizza hut, Chinese restaurant, fast food restaurant. 5. After entering the hotel entrance at 22:00, you need to brush the door for self-service. Cons 1. Calling the apartment, the hardware and the accessories are good, but the building type is a bit like a luxury motel. If you plan to go to the beach near Melbourne, drive by car and hope to have free parking, it is highly recommended."
"Hotel charges surprise deposit of $100 despite it not being listed or even mentioned in the policies section on Trip or other welk known booking site. The desk receptionist told me that no hotels list deposit policies and cut me off with ”if Don't pay the deposit, you don't stay at the hotel;” I was only pointing out that it needs to be stated but he wasn't interested in playing the customer service or hotel representative or hospitality employee. He was playing Boss man, landlord shame he was rude because everything else was quite alright."
"The shared bathroom and the room were simple and clean. The room was a little dusty but clean.
The heating was on and we could use it freely, which was nice.
Sometimes there were all kinds of smells (smoke outside and the delicious smell of cooking in the shared kitchen), but I was fine with it."

"Very good value for money. The hotel is nicely renovated with no waste in space. Sheets are very clean and bed is comfortable. Room is neat and has no smell. The only issue is that it could be very nosey during the weekend because there is a bar in the ground floor. I didn’t experience it because I stayed in weekdays."
"Апартаменты удобно расположены, симпатичный ремонт. Но есть нюанс: в окно попадает мало света и из-за этого внутри прохладно (в жару это прекращается в достоинство). Кондиционер достаточно старый и шумный, но со своей задачей справляется. Есть отличная маленькая терраса, на которой можно позавтракать."
"it knows what it is, basic clean reasonable accommodation in a fantastic location. Not trying to be anything but it’s not.
Old building of course could be done up but of course then all prices would go up equivalently so again and come back to the original point it’s simple basic accommodation that is useful when you need a quick night accommodation.
Instructions were really good getting into the place late at night. The room was immaculately clean even if it was old. Overall would stay there if I needed accommodation for one night. I would suggest a touch expensive for what it is. "
"Only stayed one night to work in quite and great for that. Apartment was spacious and had everything you need however it had an odd lay out . A coffee station near kitchen but mire in lounge then a weird desk that was used as a pots and oan cabinet closer to lounge as well . Huge amount of pots and pans but not ione knife. Just nit thought out from perspective if patron. Tga stret its situated on is amazing. The church opposite is special. Infact every building was old and architecturally beautiful.. great place to stay in autumn with the shedding leaves for effect.. it was quiet and was nice but decoecboring, drab, and oddly laud out. I like to feel a warmth and inviting energy when I enter a hotel this was just there to give you twhsy u need to stay away from home for a night in a 1 bedroom apartment in a picturesque street in stkilda...."
"Located in a really good place, just a quick walk to the tram station, Woolsworth, dentist(if you need one). A short tram ride will get you to the beach for a relaxing stroll. Heading to the CBD is also pretty easy with a 30-ish minute tram ride.
The staff is helpful and friendly. You can cook in the kitchen if you want to, couple of stoves,a microwave and an electric kettle.
If you want to enjoy a cuppa but don’t want to go out, there’s also a cafe. Order up! 👍"
"Requires a short walk to the nearest tram station and food places, however, room was very spacious and provided simple kitchenette good enough to prepare some meals!"
"I ordered without breakfast. The rooms are relatively spacious, the decoration is simple and beautiful, and the staying experience is pleasant."
