Bonjour, we have been staying with friends in Ayer for few days. Yesterday we took a break from skiing and decided to take this walk up the Cabana Bella Tolla for lunch. Couldn’t have asked for a better friendly and professional service …… as for the food……. Excellent. Merci and carry on with your brilliant work up there. All the way from Scotland. A-S

Aujourd’hui 19 mars 14:00. J’ai voulu aller boire une bière. J’ai fait la queue derrière un monsieur très patient. Le serveur est passé. Pas un bonjour, pas un regard, pas “j’arrive dans 2 minutes”. Je me suis approchée de deux monsieurs qui attendaient leur biere. Quand le serveur est arrivé, j’ai demandé où je pouvais me mettre pour une bière, il a dit aux autres : “de toute façon, il n’y a pas de place”. J’étais seule et il y avait les tonneaux-bar de libre. Je n’ai pas compris. Je suis partie. La journée a peut-être été rude pour ce serveur. Mais nous sommes hors saison, en semaine. Je ne comprends pas trop cet accueil.

Jolie balade qu’est la montée à pied jusqu’à la cabane, mais prenez votre bouteille, ce restaurant n’est même pas capable de vous servir un verre de blanc ou un café sans tout un pas à caisse de placement et autres … Bref une raison de plus d’arrêter de vouloir faire marcher le tourisme Suisse! Et je précise je suis 100% Suisse!
