"The experience of the first two days made me have lower expectations for today's hotel. After all, the price was cheaper than the previous two days. However, maybe the brand of holiday inn is not too bad. Compared with the previous two days, this hotel gave me a great value for money! The room was big and clean. Of course, the location is definitely in the suburbs, but it is relatively close to the Blue Mountains. The attached picture is the scenery of the Blue Mountains."

"Great staff and very attentive to some issues we had with the room at the beginning and everything went well ….until …. At 12 midnight we woke up with excruciating screams of a woman (drunk? **************? Echoing in the car yard , Banging on our and other doors and cars using F words …running around like a mad.. then I heard One of the guests yelling shut the…up then he called the pub security and they came to trying to calm the woman she wouldn’t stop and the man next door was very angry yelling at her to shut up… after 15-20 min security and one of the night staff escorted the woman who stayed next door to us, she drove off when still screaming and constantly horning her car After she left I opened the door very shaky and spoke to the staff and advised her how stressful and scared I was about the situation waling up with this noise. Then i checked our car to see if it was damaged or not, luckily wasn’t. She said she will get her manager to call me on Monday to refund or work something out (a free room next time, etc) she said the same thing to the man who was next door and upset about the situation Absolute NIGHTMARE absolutely!!!! Staff are really nice though. They tried their very best."

"It's far from downtown Sydney, so it's not suitable for people traveling to the center of Sydney, but the neighborhood is quiet and like a small country, so I was able to make a different trip. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet place."

"Good stayed, clean hotel and great facilities, comfortable bed, always had a good sleep and clean room , all the staff are great always smile and helpful, great location , walking distance to train stations, shopping mall and restaurants. Highly recommended. I will definitely stay at Novotel Hotel again in future."
