Покупали номера с друзьями на выходные с проживанием с 23 по 25 сентября 2022 года. Бронировали с приложения одновременно. Стоимость с завтраками получилась у них и у нас под 12000 рублей. В итоге когда прилетели и начали заселяться нам дали 306 номер им 202. В итоге их номер за эту цену оказался люкс, а наш за этот же полулюкс. Состояние номера люкс шикарное, друзья довольны. Наш номер за эти деньги ужасен. Обшарпанная мебель, помятые тюли, сломанные розетки и тд. Обратились на ресепшн попросили поменять. В итоге нарвались на хабалку, которая сказала, что менять ничего не будет. Возврат не предусмотрен. Кидалово получилось. Посещая такой прекрасный город Санкт Петербург портишь настроение на лицах пытающихся на тебе нажиться. В итоге не рекомендуем. Завтраки также не о чем. За эти деньги можно подобрать более достойный вариант.
