"We enjoyed everything about this historic hotel: the room, the lobby chock full of art and references to its speak-easy past, the pastry shop, the bar, the comfy, covered front porch, the pool and fountains, food and drinks served poolside, the friendly staff, and the friendly guests we met. Also, the Hollander is perfectly located in St. Pete, being in the historic downtown district near my company headquarters and close to great destinations such as the Salvador Dali museum, Chihuly blown-glass gallery, and Morean arts center. I love historic downtowns and boutique hotels such as the Hollander. The rooms in historic hotels are often smaller than ones in chain hotels, but they more than compensate with their unique personalities and intimate atmospheres, which leave me with vivid memories of my stays in these sweet lodgings and the cities they call home."
"The hotel service is very good, the equipment is very new, and it feels safer than the other hotels in this time. The room is large, comfortable, and the location is good. It's not too far away if you drive."

"The service was great. This hotel was immaculate. Staff was practicing COVID Precautions. The Staff was very friendly. We didn't eat, due to thinking the kitchen was closed but may have been open. this was on us since we didn't ask. Pool was very clean and enjoyable. neighborhood isn't the best but not the worst. The trees around the property shelter the hotel from the road and noise. We have family there so will definitely stay there again. actually booking now for this weekend. "
"The room looks a little bit dark, the bathroom and swimming pool is not perfectly cleaned. Yet, the location, service from the staff, and the gym are excellent."
"Service: Restaurant, parking staff service professional
Facilities: Bathroom towels of good quality
Environment: Near the front sea view, the old hotel but the simple and elegant appearance is well maintained"
"Very nice, quiet hotel a little outside of town. Room was very clean, staff very friendly. Only the pool could have been a little cleaner."

DDONGQINgood environment! Free coffee, tea, water, and biscuits for breakfast. Not too full, but already very good. Free drinks and champagne in the evening from 5: 00-7: 00. Hotel location is good, next to the parking lot and restaurant. They also have a one-bedroom suite with a kitchenette, which is great. The hotel manager John was warm and attentive. Ask him anything.
WWEIThe location is OK, not far from the airport, you can also look at the scenery on the road. There is a lake at the back of the hotel, with a walkway through and a great walk. The sanitation is also good, the room is large and clean.
GGuest UserStayed at this Courtyard for a quick weekend trip to St. Pete. The hotel is a historic building. The staff was friendly and helpful. Although it was an older building the hotel seems to have been recently updated. The rooms were a little on the small side for a Courtyard, but very nice. The location is close to the downtown and Pier area. 15 to 20 min drive to the beach depending on the beach. Very centrally located. My only issue was the amount to park ($37 a night). The valet staff was nice and professional.
GGuest UserThe hotel is okay, but it does not provide room service by default, it is only provided when it is called, and it does not give new bottled water after it is called. The hotel's buffet breakfast is relatively simple. It should be considered a slightly better American breakfast, which is much worse than the English or European breakfast. The location of the hotel is very good, just a few minutes away from the sea. Parking is too expensive, 35 knives per night for valet parking, we walked to the public parking building two blocks away to park, it's okay, more than ten knives per night.
HHeathBrianGood experience for a two night stay in a very convenient location. Decent room that appeared clean and had good amenities. Good check-in experience and good customer service from the manager on duty that evening. I asked for additional hangers as we had excess clothing to hang up and she brought shampoo to the room as our room did not have any. In all, it was good value for the type of hotel it is. Only negative: their ”breakfast” was coffee and juice (!).
GGuest UserWas a nice location not far at all from tropicana field. Breakfast was nice and left full before checking out, which was also an easy process.
GGuest UserThey told me I smoked cigarettes in the room when I never put a cigarette to my lips ever in my life. The entire staff smokes cigarettes… how would they REALLY be able to tell anyway? Roaches are prominent in the room as well.
