The hotel itself is a solid 3 + stars, not 4. The deluxe suite with a view of the Neva is beautiful: clean, the view was pleasing (for the sake of it they took it), a good SPA complex with a swimming pool in the hotel. Additional services (massages, etc.) are quite expensive. But if you take only the entrance to the pool and saunas - it is quite economical. Service is good, clean, but you need to book in advance. Bering restaurant on the ground floor, of course, sadness. The level of service is a weak three. And the feel of the restaurant too. In general, the hotel is pleasant, the location is chic. Everyone is happy.

The location of the hotel seemed great to us. We did not use transportation and walked to the city and Moscow railway station. You can stroll along the noisy Nevsky Prospekt and peaceful parallel streets. Close to the shopping center, beautiful Oushi. The room is small but very cozy. Clean the room every day We could not evaluate the sound insulation effect, we did not hear the neighbors, did not see them, it was out of time. In a cozy restaurant on the 5th floor, the breakfast is very good with a great variety. We went to the bar on the 7th floor and we could see the view of the cathedral. I read a lot of complaints about closing windows, including. Those who definitely need air circulation, be careful and write down your wishes. If possible, I think your request will be approved. Everything about us is great. There is a left-luggage office where you can store your luggage. Excellent value for money.

The hotel does not match the declared 5 stars. The bathroom with hair on the wall from the former residents, in room 2 bottles of water at 0.33 in plastic and it is necessary to actually ask for additional water, to Recepshin from the room it is impossible to call, no one can get a shoe tug and sponge for shoe care. There is no staff at the receptacle in the morning, evening and night. It took 5 minutes to wait for someone to appear in the hall from the staff. The whole hall of the first floor is smiling (indeed, ripping) of the staff who should be on the recipes all day. The Best Western is very well located in the heart of St Petersburg. It is just across Ploshcad Vosstaniya from Moskovsky main line railway station on Ligovskiy Avenue, near to the junction with Nevski Prospekt. The building is quite old as are many of the fixtures and fittings in the rooms. The one lift was also somewhat rickety. However, my room itself was large and comfortable with plenty of storage space. There was a safe, complimentary bottled water, a fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. There was a slight whiff of drains in the bathroom but it was fine with a powerful hot shower but no bath tub. Breakfast was served in the adjacent Du Nord restaurant and it was different but pretty good. The breakfast dishes were named after various cities. On the first morning, I had the ‘Moscow’ which consisted of granola followed by Russian pancakes, with coffee and orange juice. On the second morning, I went for the ‘Amsterdam’ which was porridge followed by brioche rolls topped with poached egg and bacon, again with coffee and orange juice. I enjoyed both selections, although on the second morning, they were late opening the breakfast room, so I didn’t get to finish my meal as I needed to get to the airport in a hurry. The staff were very helpful and were able to direct me to a nearby clinic in order to get a PCR test. I couldn’t say the same about the clinic called Invitro - absolutely hopeless ! I stayed at the hotel for two nights and paid £68. Great value.

Являюсь клиентом уже пару лет. Есть где остановиться, но мы едем целенаправленно в этот отель. Когда-то в первый приезд мы были очень впечатлены качеством планировки, отделки помещений, номеров, состоянием сантехники, убранством номера... и конечно, идеальным персоналом. Помню, как нам 31го при заселении, за несколько часов до НГ вручили неожиданный подарок. Было приятно. :) Я привязываюсь к людям и когда кто-то уходит, я невольно сравниваю нового сотрудника с предыдущим, к которому привык. Тут же само за себя говорит постоянство в коллективе - Роман, Павел и Виктор, которые с нами уже два года - это выдающиеся профессионалы своего дела. ”Бокальчик игристого?” до сих пор в голове. :) Конечно, и остальной персонал достоин похвалы, просто всех не упомню. Постоянство в коллективе - признак здоровой атмосферы и хорошего управления. Мне нравится всё.

If you are looking for a value for money accommodation close to the station, I recommend it. It is located 3-5 minutes from the station and it seems that it is not possible for a woman or a single person to go around the big road. There is a small mart right in front of you, and there is a restaurant around that can be eaten simply. There was an ATM machine in the basement of the hotel, so I could find cash without going to the bank. Early check-in is required, but I definitely recommend the spectacular view around the city.

Stayed at this wonderful hotel for three nights . Love the location , interior . Very friendly and helpful staff , we were offered an early check in , complimentary beverages . The room was very clean and well maintained , with decent minibar . Bed and pillows very comfortable , the style and design of the room very inspirational classic but with a modern twist . The lobby bar was very pleasant , and room service was quick . Thank you Radisson for a very welcoming warm stay )))

Это место настоящий оазис спокойствия и европейской утонченности в Северной столице. Я знаю эту гостиницу давно, еще когда на первом курсе института проходила там практику, теперь я приезжаю сюда в качестве гостя, и могу с уверенностью сказать, что высокие стандарты обслуживания, уважение к своей истории, теплое отношение к гостям - это то, что остается неизменным в этом замечательном месте. За прошедший год мы останавливались в Европе не менее 3 раз в самые памятные для нас даты - на нашу свадьбу, день рождения мужа, годовщину свадьбы и мой день рождения. Каждый раз мы чувствовали себя максимально комфортно и соответственно уровню гостиницы. 3 раза бронировали террасу и один раз делбкс с видом на площадь Искусств. В чем их принципиальное отличие? Делюкс больше - сама комната и ванная, в отличной от других номеров цветовой гамме - беж и зеленый, гарантирован вид на площадь. Больше особых отличий не заметила. Окно открывается полностью, оно достаточно большое, чтобы полюбоваться видом и сделать красивые фото. Терраса - все номера находятся на 5 этаже и выходят либо на Площадь Искусств, либо на Михайловскую улицу. И хотя со всех сторон открывается красота города, нам достался вид на площадь только один раз, в день нашей свадьбы, сколько раз мы не делали примечания к бронированию, что будем благодарны за номер на эту сторону, к сожалению, больше жить именно с этим видом не довелось) Сам номер меньше делюкса, выдержанный в бежевых или розовых тонах. Ощущается некоторая нехватка пространства и ”воздуха”, но которая с лихвой окупается французскими окнами в пол и возможностью завтракать/обедать и ужинать с панорамным видом на город. Наполнение номера, как шкатулочка - разные бокалы, чашечки, приборы, шикарный набор открыток, ручки, карандашики, блокнотики, хороший фен, все для химчистки. Меню подушек для лббой головы и шеи, которые всегда можно попросить у бэкофиса. Фумигатор!) Есть кофемашина, и чайный набор (отдельный респект за вкуснейший чай ”Althaus”), которые всегда можно пополнить по запросу. Минибар за доп.плату, но выбор широкий - от вкусных сладких и соленых снеков до элитного алкоголя. В ванной комнате широкий выбор косметики неплохой фирмы Elemis, везти что-то с собой нет необходимости - шампуни, кондиционеры, молочко для тела, шетки, расчески, бритвенные наборы, даже соль для ванны. Уборка производится два раза в день: утром и вечером, когда номер готовят ”ко сну”, оставляя шоколадные медальки и пожелания на день. Наборы в ванной пополняются после каждой уборки. Внимание персонала видишь на каждом шагу - от встречи на входе, даже не на входе, а на подъезде к гостиницы, когда к тебе сразу подходят, чтобы открыть дверь и помочь с багажом, до баночки меда и поздравдений с памятными датами на каждой твоем шагу в гостинице. Завтраки - отдельная тема. Мы их ждем каждый раз чуть ли не больше, чем самого проживания в Европе) таких вкусных яиц голландез мы не ели ни на одном из завтраков ни в одном из отелей.
