"The villa has prepared a lot of skiing gear and sledges for the children to play, and the children have a good time on the snow in the parking lot. On the day we went, the whole villa was almost only our family, very quiet and comfortable. Unfortunately, the weather is heavy snow, and the famous attractions around can't go. You can go to the center of the beast and the waterfall of the jade curtain."

"It was necessary to take a tax from the tran station to the hotel. It's next to the warehouses so that's nice about the location. We used the bicycles from the hotel to see the town, which was very convenient. The room was a little outdated but clean. The Japanese breakfast was very nice. We had hoped to have dinner in the hotel, but they do not have it any more."

"I booked a spacious Japanese-style room, but when I got there it was just a normal, small Japanese-style room. I asked the inn staff and they told me to contact Trip.com. I didn't know how to contact Trip.com, and they told me they had no room to change to, so I reluctantly stayed in the small room.
The inn itself was very nice, and the staff were polite, but I really felt bad.
I wish they'd make it possible to contact Trip.com immediately in cases like this.
It left me with a very bad taste in my mouth afterwards.
I didn't know who to contact, so I decided to write this."

"First of all, it's right in front of Sakata Station, so it's easily accessible from Shonai Airport. I took a bus from the airport to Sakata Station, and was surprised to find that the bus stop was right in front of Tsuki no Hotel! I booked a corner twin room this time, and the room was very comfortable and had a relaxing atmosphere. I also had breakfast at the hotel, which was delicious with a wide variety of options. I had fun spending time in the same building before checking in. The library was very spacious and there was a tourist information center as well. Overall, I was very satisfied. I would definitely like to stay here again when I go to Sakata."
