Hotel room was comfortable. In room safe did not work. Bathroom sink was slow to drain. Only Spanish TV channels. They have a shuttle to the Metro station which is 5 minutes away for €1. Good alternative for those doing sightseeing in Saville.

Writing second hand on behalf of brother and his wife whom I gifted this. The hotel stay was in celebration of her 40th birthday. I emailed the hotel prior to their stay to arrange a cake, they responded promptly and were able to organise a birthday cake for 15.50€. I was a little disappointed they proved two slices and not an actual small cake, nevertheless I appreciate the ease of communication with the hotel. Location was good by all accounts.

Comfortable and convenient. We checked in on Saturday. We came back on the second day and found that there was no replacement of bottled water and even the garbage bags. However, the garbage bags were replaced on Monday, but there was no bottled water. I guess there is no official cleaner on Sunday?

The hotel was great and the location fascinated us, but the staff didn’t know what happened on the day they checked in. If we went to the wedding at 1:00 noon, we thought about getting dressed and tripped when we arrived at the hotel after 1:00, they told us The room is until 1.30, I think they are a bit busy, I don’t know if this is due to the lack of staff or something, everything else is fine

Not located in the city center but attractions are within 2km, cheap price, spacious with limited services, they only clean the room and change the towels every 4 nights. Love their kitchen amenities, I could cook in the apartment when it's too tried to go out for dinner.

Convenient location with daily cleaning. Exterior is beautiful with Spanish characteristics and many nice flowers. Room is basic with beds and shower. I booked very last minutes and the price is reasonable so I don’t expect much. Overall satisfactory.
