Overall, the place is quite nice. Of course, the host of the place does not have good communication at all. I tell you, I made the reservation through ******* to stay with my family for one night, the host of the place called me three days before my reservation to confirm, however, his first words were “I am very upset with your reservation, I was about to cancel,” to which I responded, what is the situation? He tells me that the price of that reservation is not correct, then he tells me that I have to pay for each additional person. I told him that my reservation is for 4 people, he answered me angrily NO, but when he checked the system to confirm he told me “every time I see this reservation I get more upset”, I didn't tell him anything else, I just confirmed it. That same day at night I had a personal situation. Well I decided to cancel. I called him the next day and when I explained the situation to him, I asked him, "if I cancel my reservation, will you refund my money?", to which he replied, "that's not going to happen, that's never going to happen, but if it doesn't to come, let me know in advance," I told him, don't worry, that's not going to happen, I'll see you there. The host should be more empathetic and improve his or her communication skills.
