"A hotel caters for conferences and business meetings. Very spacious common area with plenty of comfortable seating and lovely outdoors area in the middle of the hotel. The room and bathroom are spacious and modern. The downside is the toiletries, the shampoo, body wash and body lotion smelt off. Luckily I brought my own because the fragrance of their complimentary toiletries was unacceptable. The buffet breakfast was decent and plentiful with the hot foods and pastry section. The standouts were the fresh croissants, bacon and the coffee from the self-service machine was just like the bar. The fresh fruits were tasteless but I loved the dried nuts selection. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The gym also had a variety of professional equipment. I would definitely return and recommend to other travellers but bring your own toiletries."

"Bellissima struttura in una suggestiva location. Personale gentilissimo, cibo buono, camere dotate di ogni comfort, piscina molto bella e ampia. Dall'hotel si può raggiungere facilmente il centro di Bologna, sia con i mezzi che con la propria auto. Segnalo che appena siamo arrivati ci hanno offerto un upgrade gratuito del nostro soggiorno, offrendoci una camera migliore di quella che avevamo prenotato"

"The location although 7 km from the city center that seems near it is not! You have to walk 15-20 min to the nearest bus station and then there are only 2 buses running every hour to reach city center. If you miss the first one then you have to wait another 25 minutes for the second one! If you are planning your trip on foot avoid this one. If you rent a car there is a parking lot outside in the courtyard of the hotel and several more just outside the hotel on the street. Both parking spots are in the open. Hotel offers a closed parking spot in its basement but on pay. We had to change room the next day of our arrival as there was a noise coming out of the ventilation system. A supervisor came to inspect the room and after verifying our sayings offered us a room 2 floor down. During our stay one of the three lift was out of order and it was a nightmare to come down in the morning during peak hours. All three days we were getting to lobby by stairs. "

"The hotel is locatedb in a quite place out of bologna. The room was clean, the pool was good and the breakfast was nice. The only problem was that in 3 night the housekeeping didn't recharge our miny bar, suop and body gel."

"Abbiamo trascorso un bellissimo week end in questa location Realis Villa Valfiore Immersa nel verde di con parco privato .Siamo stati accolti con tanta gentilezza,la camera da letto bellissima ,effetto Wow…!Molto accogliente .Ristorante raffinato ,si mangia molto bene abbiamo apprezzato i menu ‘sia di carne e di pesce,di primissima qualità..Lo consigliamo moltissimo."

"Very convenient budget apartment.On the stove you can cook food and leave it in the refrigerator for the evening.Near a big supermarket .We traveled daily by electric from San Ruffillo station to Bologna Centrale for 10-15 minutes, and from there and the center of Bologna is close, and to other cities you can go by electrician , we went to Ravenna and Ferrara. Very clean in the apartment.The place is quiet, lots of green.
