"The hotel covers a large area, but the road in Atacama is full of gravel, and this hotel is no exception. The hotel does not have a lobby boy. For those who drag the suitcase, the large area is a disaster, and the wheels of the suitcase are laborious and laborious. The family room has 5 beds, but it offers accommodation for 2 people, plus $40 for one person. Breakfast is provided, but it is later than our needs. Breakfast is required in advance and additional purchases are required. Overall average."

"The lodge is 3km outside of town and thus has a quiet setting away from the dust and traffic of San Pedro. The staff was exceptional. They gave us helpful trips for sightseeing, helped us to order a taxi when we didn’t feel like driving to town, and were always so friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is very good and there is 24h free (and very good) coffee. On top of that, the pool is super refreshing, clean and with plenty of chairs and even a fridge with cold drinks (which you have to pay for of course but the prices are super fair). Bedroom and bathroom was exceptional as well. We loved our stay at Lodge Quelana!"

"The service of this hotel is very good, especially the team responsible for tourism, who are very careful and thoughtful in arranging travel plans for you so that you can spend a good time here. Because I was short of time, they also made a special private plan for me to satisfy me without any regrets. Due to their little work mistakes, the tourism department also made up a lot of activities for me, so that I can always spend every moment here happily. The meals here are delicious and reasonably priced. The laundry service is very convenient and efficient. The clothes taken in the afternoon were returned in the evening. In short, everything will make you feel comfortable."

"Fantastic hotel - lovely rooms (we had the Small Double and it was more than fine for the two of us) and all areas beautifully done.
The staff were so helpful and friendly, especially Raul, whose recommendations and advice was invaluable.
Only slight drawback was not having an on-site restaurant but there are so many good places within 5 minutes walk that it really doesn’t matter (again, really good recommendations made!)
Right in the centre of San Pedro (actually behind the church) but felt very safe and secure, and literally a couple of minutes from the shops, market, restaurants and excursion agents.
Breakfast was fine - eggs an option to the buffet; fresh OJ on request and access to coffee etc whenever needed. Towels available for hire for the excursions that involve swimming.
We stayed for 3 lovely days and would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for looking after us so well."

"A hotel with average value for money. The owner doesn't speak English and can only communicate in Spanish. It's difficult to understand face-to-face even with a translator. He usually uses WhatsApp. In addition, the hotel states that it provides breakfast from 8 to 9:30. If you are traveling in the early morning, you will not be able to eat at all. It is inconvenient that the room with kitchen is not equipped with microwave. The hotel location is a 10-minute walk from the tourist commercial street."

it was located on Main Street, the room was clean,
the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was delicious and varied.
I was very satisfied with the popular atmosphere!
I extended it for two more days :)

AAlexander VladimirovichAn excellent accommodation of apartment-type, centrally located to the main street and the fishing harbor with moai. Hosts were super helpful with booking tours and airport transfers. The only drawback was low lateral soundproofing, so don't plan anything noisy (smirk).

One day of the extra two days, all rooms are sold out, so go somewhere else.

It's a secret that I missed this place so much.
A space to relax on the rooftop with warm sunshine and hammock

은은미We stayed 2 nights from Mar.2~3, 2025. We could spend time relaxing from the fatigue of the Uyuni 2nights 3days' tour because this hotel gave the comfortable and clean bed and the shower with hot water to us.
This hotel has the beautiful garden and the swimming pool. The breakfast is nice for us.
We were very impressed by the staffs and manager who help us to solve the difficult situation. Moreover, one of the staffs was willing to translate from Spanish to our mother language in order to help

MMakiA super beautiful small resort where many European and American tourists live. The hotel has complete facilities, rich breakfast, and the small travel agency and restaurant are very good, and you can stay for a day without going out. There is a car to the center of the town every half an hour. At night, looking at the night scene in the yard to see the starry sky is really amazing. The stars in the sky are super beautiful. I have never seen such a beautiful starry sky after going to dozens of countries. The most distinctive hotel on this South American trip, highly recommended!

-Lack of air con/ceiling fan in the room
-More attention to detail needed (e.g: terrace bench cracked and terrace chairs/table quite tired)
-Amenities (soap, etc) could be better
-No place to put the suitcases other than the floor, and very little space for clothes
-Lack of TV could be a con for some
-Breakfast buffet could be more varied and of better quality

GGuest User在這整個聖佩德羅小鎮上面來説，這個酒店都算是挺不錯的了，距離小鎮中心確實很近的，步行的話大概就5分鐘左右就足夠了，交通來説算比較好的，而且也是一些當地的旅行社會集中接送的集中點，起碼關心是在這裏集中的。整個酒店的建築風格也挺不錯的，唯一的缺點就是入住的第一天晚上斷電了一個小時。酒店的餐廳也是很不錯的，出品很好吃。整體都是沙漠土牆風格，但是挺有特色的。暖氣挺足的。

JJamesThe hotel (homestay) is very close to the pedestrian street in the town and it is more convenient to be 100 meters away. This is a big advantage. There are trees and flowers in the yard, so there is no atmosphere. And the hotel provides a convenient homemade breakfast such as a toast driver, a refrigerator.
Although my room was outside the hotel at the street intersection, I could adapt. The problem is that the water heater in the bath in the room is a problem. The contact is often powered off. I have controlled my bath time within three minutes, but I have to cut off the electricity several times for a bath. The pressure is very high. After all, it is a plateau and cannot catch cold. Wifi is also a problem, slow and weak signal, very inconvenient.

The location of the hostel takes less than 10 minutes to walk from the downtown, but I felt it was good value considering the price.
