I stayed on August 25 with the family. We found it good .how it should be when you rent a apartment,clean,ordered and organized as a hotel room. This host was it !! Clean,Client attention,Handsets,Bathroom,A small hall with water available,Cafe and bricks in the morning.comfortable bed(very important) It is in the center,the only pity that 3 floors with heavy bags remains complicated.but on the site there I'll advise everyone about this disadvantage.

Really good hotel with 3 stars but deserves 5 stars, best locations near Sanremo attractions, really good parking plot free of charges, nice modern clean rooms, great socials areas, superb restaurant and food and really really good breakfast, cross the road to Nobel villas and parks magnificent sight seen Sea shores, easy walks to downtown and 10 minutes from Sanremo music festival theater.

Siamo stati tre notti con la famiglia,veramente un bel hotel,camera molto bella e grande,tutti molto gentili,hotel molto accogliente,a 2 passi dal corso e dall' Ariston,la colazione vale la spesa,l unico neo é il parcheggio che anche se davvero comodo,un po' troppo caro a mio parere,però non so quanto si risparmierebbe se uno la lascia la macchia in uno dei parcheggi a pagamento,ma in ogni caso lo consiglio assolutamente e spero di poterci tornare presto.

This is the second time we stay at this hotel and we will be back again for sure. Easy walk into town and a beautiful beach right outside your door. The breakfast is great. Giorgio not only take care of the reception but he also makes breakfast and the best Cappuccino in Italy. He is always friendly and helpful and we would come back again and again just to see him. The rooms are beautiful and the bed's are very comfortable.

Stayed July 2022. Delux double room with sea view. On arrival reception staff non welcoming (no smiles, no chat). Very unusual for this hotel stayed before 2018. Booked Delux room, disappointed to say the least, there’s a theme here on suite bathroom tiny, a shower which you could not fit in, balcony also very small(with air con unit on balcony) and smallest TV I’ve seen since 1980 and very basic room. However room kept very clean and cleaner very good and pleasant. But for her it would have been 2/5. View outstanding. Breakfast disappointing, very basic, staff appeared unhappy enough said. Swimming pool very good although not as clean as previously and not enough sun beds for guests, also noticed a number of non residents using facilities. Car park a shambles and litter bins overflowing for 3 days(easily sorted). Suspect we weren’t given a delux room (208). Sorry won’t be back.
