MMight a mouseI recently had the pleasure of staying at AC Hotel, Marriot, and I must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the incredibly friendly check-in staff who made the process smooth and effortless. Throughout our stay, both the check-in staff and the bar staff were consistently attentive, always ensuring that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Their warm demeanor truly enhanced our stay. While the rooms were on the smaller side, they were clean, well-maintained, and perfectly suited our needs. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, which is always a top priority for me.The location of the hotel is simply unbeatable. Situated next to a fantastic Korean BBQ restaurant and TP TEA, one of the best milk tea spots in NorCal. The proximity to such great dining options added an extra layer of enjoyment to our stay. Overall, I would without a doubt return to AC Hotel by Marriot in the future. The outstanding service, cleanliness, and unbeatable location make it a top choice for accommodation in the area. My only suggestion for improvement would be to offer complimentary parking for guests. Nevertheless, this minor inconvenience pales in comparison to the overall excellence of our stay. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserWe have stayed here a few times in the past . It’s always a nice getaway even if it’s just coming from a neighboring city. The rooms are spacious and the staff are polite and friendly. Plenty of stores in area as well as restaurants. I also enjoyed just relaxing on a bench at park that’s next door .

CCara109The hotel is not far from Stanford University. The room is very nice and the facilities are pretty good. The breakfast is very simple, just a piece of bread and milk or coffee. Even after checking out, I still have a $100 deposit that has not been refunded to me more than ten days ago, and After leaving a relatively expensive item at the hotel, I contacted the hotel front desk but there was no reply. I hope Ctrip platform can help handle this matter.

GGuest UserVery clean and the service staff are also very nice. Although breakfast is charged, coffee and lemonade are self-service. The fruit said 1 yuan per piece, but I had to pay for it, and the waiter said it would be given to me for free. The environment is also good. There are many restaurants across the road and the shopping mall is not far away. Overall, I am very satisfied. The only downside is that the air conditioner is too noisy, but given the weather in CA, it's okay not to turn it on. Some passengers were talking loudly at the front desk in the middle of the night, which was quite noisy.

GGuest UserThe room is very clean and comfortable, the quilt is very comfortable, the view outside the window is nice, there is a swimming pool, the buffet breakfast is delicious, standard American breakfast! There are supermarkets and pharmacies, food shopping districts, Vietnamese and Chinese food in the vicinity within a ten-minute walk! Very convenient, it's not far to take a taxi from Stanford in 20 minutes! The surrounding area is also relatively safe, a very good hotel worth staying in!

YYULIYANGThis is a great place, very close to Silicon Valley. It only takes me five minutes to reach the company, and there are excellent Chinese supermarkets and a Walmart nearby. If you want to visit other American-style stores, they are just a 10-minute drive away. The front desk staff provides excellent and friendly service, and the breakfast is delicious. I’ll miss the food here. The only improvement needed might be the laundry service, as there is only one washing machine available, which is quite inconvenient.

LLilyiyiBreakfast is an American simple meal. I like it. Coffee, biscuits and tea are always available in the lobby. It is very atmospheric. The chocolate coconut biscuits are really delicious. The room is comfortable and suitable for family use. It has a microwave, refrigerator, utensils and utensils. Recommended and the price is reasonable.
