"This time staying in the hotel itself is no problem, all aspects are pretty good. The point is that the hotel booking makes me very unhappy! When I made the reservation, I only thought that Ctrip would do it again, and then I learned that it was given by a third party. How do I know that there is a third party in Ctrip? As a result, all parties assumed that it was a third-party decision, and no one was in charge."
"The Hyatt Hotel in Santa Clara is very convenient to park on the side of the road. There is a large parking lot. The environment of the hotel is also good, the sanitation is not bad, and the service attitude of the hotel is also quite good"
"The location is very good and the security is very guaranteed. But it is not a traditional hotel. It is a hotel with several houses in an apartment, so it is very difficult to find. And there is no physical front desk, and the apartment administrator will get off work very early. English listening is not enough, even check-in will encounter obstacles. Because we arrived late, after the check-in procedure, it took a lot of time to study how to enter the door from here. Finally, I found this door to go in. It was to the lobby on the first floor of the apartment. I couldn't get to the room at all... There was no explanation for the relevant situation when booking, and the order was marked as check-in at the front desk. We were a bit busy with this and called the hotel on duty and took more than an hour to get into the room"

"The hotel is in a great location, very convenient to Stanford, Google, and Apple. Whole Foods is a 4-minute drive away, and Blooming Plaza is a 10-minute drive away."
"The room design is quite good, the decoration and furniture are new, and there is also a laundry room. The breakfast is average, there are not many kinds of food, and the price is 21 US dollars."
"It's a beautiful, modern, and chic property with all the amenities one could need including a Starbucks. The staff is friendly despite not being 110% efficient. The location isn't great as there isn't all the much around."
"Hotel location is good, relatively new, friendly front desk, clean room, is a little small (25 square meters). There are several types of breakfast, relatively simple, you can choose, the amount is large enough. With outdoor heated swimming pool, gym and parking lot. There is a church nearby, very beautiful, you can visit."
"Hotel room is new and clean.Other facilities are also new and well maintained. Front desk staffs are helpful.
Breakfast does not give a wide variety but the special dish is good. The lady helping with ordering special dish was really kind."
"Just opposite Santa Clara Convention Center, the meeting is very convenient, the hotel is old, the room is clean, the air conditioning ventilation system is noisy, there is almost no surrounding business, there are restaurants in the hotel, but there is no lounge, OTA reservations have no membership points and rights."

DDENNISGreat stay near Levi’s Stadium
We had a great experience at Sterling Inn! The location was super convenient — just a short drive to Levi’s Stadium and other spots in Santa Clara.
The room was spacious, clean, and surprisingly quiet. Staff was friendly and check-in was easy. It felt more personal and comfortable than a big chain hotel.
Would definitely recommend it if you're staying in the area for a concert or game.
SseamanboboThe price and location are not bad. The hotel is old, but the service is good. The breakfast is a typical American breakfast, but there is hot water on the first floor 24 hours a day, which is more suitable for Chinese people.
张张Good location, 15 minutes drive from Stanford University, the room is not big, but enough, there are some, health is decent, parking fee $20 a day, free buffet breakfast + afternoon bar drinks, hotel staff are very warm, service attitude is very good, overall good value for money, Recommended
XXINGHUANReally worth a visit, close to the major technology companies in Silicon Valley, a taxi to arrive in a while, the hotel itself is large, the facilities are basically complete, the room is clean and tidy, the environment is also good, praise!
GGuest UserThe hotel service is OK. Anyway, the American-style service cannot be compared with domestic hotels. It should be said to be reasonable. The environment and transportation are also good. The buffet breakfast is a special feature. The variety is very simple and relatively hygienic. Coffee is available 24 hours a day.
YYUSending children to school, the hotel is in a good location and the facilities are old, but it is equipped with simple kitchen utensils to make some simple meals. Next to Santa Clara's small train station, there are always trains stopping, very noisy. Shopping has to go through the opposite school to the supermarket, there is a Starbucks and a bakery nearby. Overall it's pretty good.
TTaofu FanThe front desk service was extremely poor, and the hotel environment was average. The cleanliness was subpar. The location was convenient, but the additional $10 living surcharge imposed by the front desk was absurd. Such an additional fee detracted significantly from the overall value and left a disappointing impression on what could have been an otherwise satisfactory stay.
XXIAOJIEVery standard motel, very suitable for self-driving friends, the car directly parked in the door of the room, the room is clean, the surrounding gas station and fast food restaurant are also many
