Incredible place! Brand new, clean, and beautiful. Ocean view in one direction and Mountain View in another. Close to zazue plaza, minca, taganga, palomino, lost city, tayrona national park, and Santa Marta itself…. You can’t beat it. Feels private and has everything you need. A+++++++++++

I stayed here last night just for one night. Upon arrival everyone was acting weird. I checked in and headed down to the pool/ beach area. I noticed that I was being followed around the property by the workers, even as I walked on to the Beach the security guard standing under the trees yelled my name out. Remember I had only been there for maybe 15 minutes at this time. I am a black American man that actually owns an apartment just 12 mins away but due to the holiday I have my place rented on Airbnb. Very uncomfortable night. That manager spoke English and I explained to him my concerns. He was very friendly and even gave me a free beer as some sort of apology I guess. At check out they had 2 extra beers that I hadn’t ordered on my bill which is a different brand that I consume. It took an extra 25 mins to get that sorted so could checkout. Decent hotel - bad experience.
I wouldn’t stay there again for free.

It was an amazing experience and great service. There is one guy during the day who speaks english and helps a lot. Also, the manager is very accommodating as well

El hotel es nuevo. Las habitaciones son muy bonitas, la cama es cómoda. La zona de playa es muy tranquila y privada, además tienen seguridad permanente. Tiene una zona donde se ve el atardecer espectacular. El personal es muy amable sobre todo Dany en la playa y Mauricio en la zona de piscina aunque en algunos momentos se quedan cortos por tanta demanda. Como recomendación podrían contratar mas personal.

Terrible la experiencia, un servicio muy promedio hacia lo bajo, poca información, habitación super incomoda y pequeña, la infraestructura del hotel parece súper antigua por dentro, las terminaciones de la estructura y las habitaciones terribles, y un precio muy alto para una marca como esta teniendo en cuenta lo que ofrecen. La verdad no lo recomiendo para futuros viajes a santa marta. Lo unico destacable es la parte de la piscina y el espacio de la arena. Recibi la habitación sucia, en la segunda noche no dejaron ni una botella de agua de cortesia, en fin! no pierdan su dinero en Santa marta hay mejores opciones por el mismo precio, con mejor servicio, ammenities e infraestructura.
