Santa Ponsa Hotels with Breakfast

Had lovely time at the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Great variety at breakfast, gorgeous desserts at dinner. Proper coffee at breakfast was a very pleasant discovery. Loved it. Will come back!

This is not a 4 star hotel. The rooms & the pool area are lovely but that's were it ends. We arrived at midnight to be ignored for 5 minutes while the 2 ladies on reception had an argument. We checked in but were told nothing about the hotel or where anything was. The food was awful so we ate out most days. Snacks were just some bread, cheese & cake left on the bar between 3 & 5. We booked this hotel as it had a gym but on the second day most of the equipment was taken out & when i asked they said it would be replaced but it wasn't. There was no entertainment day or night which i thought was standard for all inclusive hotels, apart from a singer on 1 night. The staff were rude & ignorant, couldn't even smile. Took ages to get served at the bar. The only pleasant staff member was Natalia behind the bar who was lovely & friendly.

As always extremely clean and well maintained such a great hotel and polite and friendly staff to welcome you and always on hand if there is a problem which there wasn’t! Second time we have stayed here and have been brilliant we’ll recommended to anyone wishing to stay here but always upgrade to the sea view this is a must otherwise your looking at a wall costs more for the sea view but it’s worth it. Lifts to all floors , pool is good , sun beds charge you daily per sunbed but most hotels do. Ideal location to the local bars and mctavishes for entertainment at night from 21:00.

Absolutely loved it !!!!! Near enough to everything but a nice distance away also to relax . The hotel itself is completely spotless and has a lovely pool . I cannot recommend this hotel enough! Reception staff are very friendly

Wonderful hotel in the hub of Santa Ponsa. We were greeted by a friendly, polite member of staff. She checked us in quickly and offered us a chilled glass of Cava. She took us up to our room and quickly explained all the things we needed to know. The room was spotlessly clean, plenty of plug sockets, and a lovely balcony overlooking the Main Street with a view of the sea. The bathroom again was spotless, plenty of hot water for showers. The beds were very comfortable and we slept really well. Breakfast was delicious, plenty of choices and very attentive staff who quickly cleared tables and chatted to everyone. The pool area was very welcoming, plenty of sun beds and you could use the hotels towels. Would definitely recommend this hotel, hopefully we will return in the not to distant future. Thank you to all the staff for making our visit so memorable.

I’m just back from a 4 night stay at this hotel with my 3 children. Fantastic value for money, really great pool area. Breakfast is fantastic. The lifeguard is really on the ball and in total control of the pool but in a very gentle kind way. My little one was being a bit over enthusiastic and he got down to his level, asked him to stop shouting as much and gave him a high 5 😍. The children’s entertainer has the patience of a saint, she did arts and crafts, played uno and jenga with them, darts competitions, archery and a 2 hour mini disco that they’ve not stopped talking about. For the price we paid, you really could not ask for more. Great location with lots of bars, restaurants, shops etc. highly recommend.

Great little hotel we stayed for 5 nights pool area is really cool and unpacked we went bank holiday weekend and could get sunbed anytime off the day but the best part of the hotel are the staff which work tirelessly for there customers they work in the bar they work in the breakfast buffet and one guy not sure his name (older guy ) would cook paella buy the pool at midday and it was lovely and only €7 rooms good for 3 star and hotel in a great location 5min walk to beach restaurants would definitely return great find keep up the good work guys and a shout out to Maria best bar lady ever 😄👍

We stayed for 7 nights, 6th to 13th August. The hotel is very stylish, clean and peaceful. We stayed in a Jacuzzi Room on the 3rd floor. The views are fantastic of the marina and beach and the terrace had approx 14 hours of sun a day. If you need shade, there is a remote control awning. The room is very spacious with a huge bathroom. The aircon was reasonable, we did not feel overly hot overnight. The bed is massive and very comfortable. Housekeeping is a very high standard. The restaurant at breakfast and for all other meals is excellent. Food/menu choices are very wide ranging and beautifully presented and tasty. The evening menu was not overly expensive. The waiting staff are so professional and polite. It is obvious that they are very well trained. We also ate at a few restaurants in the marina and they were all great. The shuttle service provided by the hotel is excellent, just message the driver and he is collecting us from the marina in two minutes. However we only knew this was available after reading Trip Adviser, the receptionist did not inform us and we had to ask for the number. The swimming pool is perfect and there is an abundance of sun beds so no need to get up early to reserve them. The pool bar is hit and miss. 50% of the time there is nobody there to serve you. Quite annoying when you are thirsty! The thing that let down our experience somewhat was the maintenance of services to our room. Five minutes after checking into our room water started pouring from the ceiling. It took 20 minutes for the maintenance team to arrive and another 10 minutes for them to fix it, so it delayed our unpacking. When we tried to use the jacuzzi on our terrace it would not switch on. Another maintenance man had to be called to fix it. On two of the seven nights we had no running water, so we could not take a shower or flush the toilet. It took almost an hour for this to be fixed. Additionally over the seven nights we had about 10 power cuts. These lasted up to 20 mins in some cases. Our room keys needed resettting. When we went to reception to get them fixed there was no attempt at an apology. One evening we did get a bottle of wine sent to the room, we assume this was to make up for all the maintenance issues. Overall it is a beautiful hotel, but given the price we paid we should not have to encounter all those issues.
