There is good parking. It is a very high-security hotel. Although it has a history, the service is in place.

Place was pretty run down and to me seemed not very clean. The bathroom sink was the cleanest place I think. I used my own towel as a kind of blanket as I didn't want to use theirs, used a T-shirt as a pillow case instead of theirs as well. Noise everywhere...even from the AC. I looked for something on the cheap but still looked ok to crash for a night so I have a lot a can tolerate and this just wasn't for me.

The only good things are: location and bathrooms (which were renovated). But overall the hotel is decadent (old building, old and careless decor), and very poor breakfast. Furthermore, with a few exceptions, the employees are rude and serve with grudging service.

They did not open breakfast at the indicated time, they were 15pm late and there were guests waiting. The room had no air circulation because the window did not open, and there was a trapped smell, the A/C was very old. Let's say that there were all the facilities and it was ok, but there are better alternatives for a similar value. I chose it because I needed to be in that sector.

I had problems in my room, it was dirty, the toilet and the shower didn't work and they still didn't solve my problem and they didn't even change my room, and the attendants weren't willing to help. I don't recommend the hotel to anyone.

Although the room had a minibar, it was comfortable and allowed for a good night's sleep, the bathroom was clean and the shower worked well, the breakfast left a lot to be desired. It is supposed to be a buffet but it really has VERY few options, and if you go after 9 in the morning, forget that you will find anything; You will only find leftovers because they don't replace almost anything. If you are a vegetarian or vegan, you get bored eating fruits every day. Maybe at night I asked for a Delivery and they forgot to give me a fork. We asked at reception and they said that the kitchen was closed and they couldn't lend us any of that, solution? They gave us 4 sticks to stir coffee and use as sushi sticks. They don't leave soap in the bathroom, you can't dry your hair in the room because the hair dryer is anchored to the bathroom and the air conditioning doesn't work. The TV is very old and small (it looks like a computer monitor) and the wifi is very bad. For what they offer, for the price in my opinion it is not worth it. There are much cheaper places with the same or better facilities.

Small hotel, they are great luxuries, adequate for the price, the room was not very pretty but functional, clean and nice bathrooms. Extremely simple breakfast. We had a problem with the room (the one they showed us was dirty) but they eventually moved us to a slightly larger one, so it was resolved without a problem.
Strategic location, taking into account that transfers in Santiago are very long
