We recently stayed at a villa in Sanya through Trip.com and also experienced the wonderful hospitality of The Palace Resort Yalong Bay Sanya. From the moment we arrived, Bill, a staff member at the resort, added us on WeChat and provided outstanding service throughout our stay. He was incredibly helpful and made everything so easy for us. While January was a bit chilly, we only used the Villa pool on the first day. However, the resort has a hot jacuzzi by the pool in Villa, which was perfect for the cooler weather. We simply messaged Bill on WeChat, and he promptly ensured we had access to it, which was a great touch. The resort’s location is excellent, with Yalong Bay beach just a short distance away, making it very convenient. If you’re traveling with kids under 10 years old, the free indoor play center within the resort is a fantastic feature. Our children had an amazing time there, and it added so much value to our stay. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with our experience and highly recommend this resort. The combination of beautiful surroundings, family-friendly amenities, and exceptional service from staff like Bill made our trip truly memorable. We can’t wait to visit again! I originally planned not to come to this hotel again, but the meticulous concern of the customer service Xiaochan changed my view of the hotel. In recent years, every time I come to Hainan, I will choose to stay at Huayu Hotel. This year, I don’t know why I changed to Swissotel. For many years, I have chosen here, mainly because the hotel is relatively high-end, close to the commercial street, dining, shopping, and the beach. It also has 3 independent swimming pools and gyms. This time I brought my mother to vacation. The front desk gave me a window view close to the commercial street. It was very noisy, the food smelled strong, and it was not easy to open the window. I also specifically told the front desk guy about the room requirements in advance. I wanted to choose a pool and courtyard view. The check-in was very slow. There were not many people and I waited for about 15 minutes. In the end, the guy still made it close to the commercial street. I didn’t ask to change the room, but I was very dissatisfied. I feel that the management of Swissotel is different from the previous Huayu. At that time, I planned not to come in the future. But later, the customer service Xiaochan called to ask about the check-in experience, which not only solved some of my problems, but also made us feel the hotel’s concern for guests. Thank you! In fact, when traveling abroad, it is a blessing for travelers to meet more hotel managers like Xiaochan. Thank you for choosing Huayu again next time.

Great hotel! We stayed here for 6days it was a blessing. They change towels every day, clean the room and restock amenities.We asked them several times to take us to the beach in a different time from usual schedule and they took us there with pleasure. You can do your laundry for free, swim at pool till late hours. When you check in they give you coupons for discounts at hotel’s cafe. They even offered a taxi pick up from the airport for free. Lovely staff that tries to speak English and be helpful. The breakfast has a sandwich with fries and unlimited coffee. The hotel itself is stylish and trendy. If I ever come to Sanya I’ll prefer staying here. The distance from food/beach is about 5 min walking. Wi-Fi works perfectly!

It was an extremely good experience. Our manager Lucas was attentive, proactive and helpful any time of the day and night trying to accommodate to all Our needs. The hotel is clean, quiet and has a plenty of activities for kids which are completely free. The hotel is close to the public beach where you can have a towel and a seat absolutely free by just showing your card. The breakfast is decent with a variety of western and Chinese dishes.

This place is amazingly peaceful. I would not hesitate staying here again. Top 2 hotels of our trip. Homemade meals every morning with a good variety. Delicious afternoon tea snacks and fruit. Free tea rooms, both in your room or private room on the property (book in advance but flexible hours!). Service was very attentive and warm. There was a big family staying there for a day and took over the pool at night. They enforced quiet hours at 10pm and it was peaceful again. Room cleanings every day, twice a day. The location is a bit isolated, but it's easy to call Didi - there's plenty nearby. It's very close to the forest park and beach, but you'll need to call a Didi. You can walk to the nearby restaurants (Hainanese Chicken place was SO GOOD and clean!) which is very convenient. The room was so nice and clean. Fruit platter, snacks, water and tea provided. Robes and slippers were provided as well. Additional items can be requested at the front desk. Rooms are nicely separated from each other so you don't have to worry about noise from other rooms as much.

The swimming pool of this hotel is very good for taking photos. The lobby is clean and tidy, the room is clean and odorless, and the stay is very comfortable. The front desk service is very good and responsive, and they greet you warmly and proactively. It is still very considerate. The sun was very strong on the day I came, so I could swim. The night market is very lively at night, with a lot of food and barbecue. If you want to experience the homestay, you can come to the village for quietness, where there are more tourists. The local coconut water is light but it tastes okay. The environment of the homestay is very good and unforgettable. It was a very pleasant stay experience.

When traveling to Sanya, I chose Shanhaiwutong. I couldn't find it when I checked in, but the handsome guy in the store came out to pick me up. The store also helped with the luggage. They were warm and polite. I stayed in the newly renovated building. I wanted to extend my stay but the room was already booked. I will definitely book a few more days next time. The homestay also has its own private chef. I bought seafood at the market and the private chef processed it. The taste was super good. It was delicious 🤩. I will definitely stay a few more days at his home next time. Recommended

Some people say that ”listening to the rain, drinking tea, enjoying flowers, and burning incense” are the four elegant things in life, so here we can easily experience three of them. This is my second time staying at the Shanhai Mingyuan Hotel. What's different is that this time I brought my parents with me, and with the help of my family, I have gained a variety of beautiful and comfortable experiences. The front desk staff is enthusiastic and professional, and the check-in process is very smooth. The room is very clean, the bed is soft, and it is so comfortable to sleep, just like being at home. There is no peculiar smell in the bathroom, and the toiletries are of excellent quality. The service of the hotel is even better, and any needs can be solved immediately. The facilities are also well maintained, and it can be seen that they are usually very attentive. The experience of staying here for a few days is superb, and the super large swimming pool is very photogenic. If you come here again in the future, you will definitely choose this hotel!
