From the moment we checked in, she greeted us with a warm smile, proactively helped with our luggage, explained the room types, and even thoughtfully pointed out some great local eateries nearby. Midway through our stay, the AC had a minor issue, and with one call, an engineer arrived within minutes. Not only did he fix it promptly, but he also brought two lovely small gifts as an apology – it was handled so quickly and kindly. When we checked out, we had an early flight, and KK had already prepared a simple breakfast for us, wishing us a safe journey. Her attentiveness and enthusiasm truly enhanced our entire trip. Encountering an employee like her genuinely makes you want to return!"

"Atlantis Sanya was absolutely fantastic! I honestly didn't have high expectations for the service, given how many people would be there. Even the taxi driver warned me about the crowds and potential service delays, which made me regret booking such a popular hotel. But as soon as we pulled up, a young man immediately came to open our car door and help with our luggage from the trunk. I was so grateful! I thought, 'Okay, service isn't bad after all.' He didn't even let us lift a finger, pulling our two large suitcases all the way to the luggage drop-off. He thoughtfully told us to keep our luggage tag safe before heading to check-in. After check-in, the staff kindly suggested we could go explore, and they'd clean our room as quickly as possible for us to settle in. Since hotels usually have a 3 PM check-in time and we arrived at 11:30 AM, I just nodded, figuring I still had a few hours to wait. I took the kids to the waterpark first. Before I even finished changing, our butler, 'Little Crab,' added me on WeChat and enthusiastically told me to contact her directly if I needed anything. I thought, 'What could I possibly need?' Besides, based on my experience at another hotel (Yalong Bay HUALUXE), even if I had an issue, the butler there couldn't really help. Then, at precisely 12:28 PM, I received a text message: 'Dear valued guest, your room is ready. Please pick up your room key at the front desk at your convenience. Enjoy your stay.' Wow, I was genuinely touched! Let me explain why: when I stayed at the Yalong Bay HUALUXE, I asked the butler if we could check in an hour or even half an hour early so my younger daughter could rest. The staff kept saying no rooms were available or clean. There was nothing I could do because the website clearly stated 3 PM check-in, but my little one was so tired from the journey that she ended up falling asleep on me in the HUALUXE lobby. So, Atlantis Sanya's efficiency deeply impressed me. My younger daughter played at the waterpark until 2:30 PM, and it was perfect timing to go to the room for a quick nap, which completely re-energized her. Later, I didn't even have to ask, but Little Crab thoughtfully informed me that the drinks, coffee, fruit, and water in the room were all complimentary. That evening, my younger daughter wanted to take a bath, and I was worried about the cleanliness of the tub, so I asked the butler if they had any sanitizing wipes. She immediately responded, saying she could send staff up to clean it for me. Not only did they sanitize it, but they also brought a bath liner—so thoughtful! The next morning, we went to the G floor for breakfast. Because it was so crowded, the staff at the restaurant entrance suggested going to the 18th floor if we didn't want to wait. I asked if the food was the same upstairs and downstairs, and the server said there wasn't much difference. So, I went to the 18th floor, only to find a meager selection of food, nothing like what I'd seen on the first floor. I casually mentioned my regret to the butler, saying I shouldn't have come up and should have waited. To my surprise, the butler immediately had her colleague escort me from the 18th-floor restaurant back down to the first floor to dine. I was a bit embarrassed! This trip to Atlantis Sanya completely overshadowed my previous stay at Yalong Bay HUALUXE. I have to say, it was truly amazing. My kids and I loved it, and we definitely want to stay here again. A big thank you to Little Crab, our butler, for making this trip so special."

"Arrived at the airport past 1 AM. They offered a late-night snack (a bowl of noodles), but the chef making them had a bad attitude. My room faced the airport, so it was a bit noisy, but thankfully there were no flights taking off or landing at night, so it was acceptable. The hotel is fully carpeted, which made dragging my suitcase quite a chore."

"Staying at the Sanya Tiancheng Central Coast Seaview Hotel, I first have to praise housekeeper 1 for her excellent service. Before we even arrived, she had already arranged our room, prepared toiletries for the kids, and even a bed guard for children. Her service was incredibly thoughtful. We added each other on WeChat, which made the whole check-in experience super convenient – we could contact her anytime we needed something. On the day of check-out, she proactively asked if we needed a late check-out, which gave us more time and less rush. There was also a bellhop who helped us with our luggage during check-out. The hotel's breakfast, both Chinese and Western options, was truly fantastic! The variety, taste, service attitude, and the surrounding scenery – oh my goodness, I absolutely loved it! The room was quite large and spacious. Both the king-size and twin rooms offer a partial sea view, but this didn't affect our stay at all. From the moment we checked in, a friendly bellhop helped us with our luggage, and the front desk staff were all warm and attentive. The balcony facing the sea came with a large bathtub, directly overlooking Phoenix Island – the view was superb! The room facilities were complete, it's close to the beach, and the Wi-Fi was very stable. The location is downtown, making it convenient to go anywhere. There are many delicious restaurants nearby, and behind the hotel, there's the First Market where you can enjoy seafood. Of course, the hotel's own restaurant also serves great food. There's something for everyone, regardless of your budget."

"The hotel features European-style architecture, a beautiful lobby, and even massage chairs. On the first floor, you'll find a restaurant, a convenience store, a gym, and more. The breakfast is a delicious buffet offering both Chinese and Western options. I wanted to add another breakfast, and the lovely waitress at the restaurant told me it would be cheaper to purchase it through the hotel's **livestream**, which I did. It was a great deal. I stayed for four nights in a deluxe double room with a bathtub. The room was spacious and quiet, and it was cleaned daily. If needed, the cleaning staff would change the bed linens every day. The only minor drawback was that the bathtub in the room was a bit old. I brought my own bathtub cleaner and gave it a good scrub. A hot bath before bed was very relaxing. Most of the guests staying here were from Russia, and there were staff members who spoke Russian. Nearby, there are Summer Department Store and Big Pineapple Mall, and it's about 700 meters to Lulingkou (bus stop), making transportation convenient. Plus, there are various snack shops nearby, so dinner is easily sorted. My flight was late, so I wanted to extend my check-out by two hours. The kind lady at the front desk was very nice and helped me with the late check-out. Additionally, the hotel beds are quite firm, which is perfect for people with back pain or herniated discs. My mother, who has a herniated disc, found the hotel's firm bed incredibly comfortable, and I did too. The hotel offers great value for money, and I would definitely stay here again."

"This was my first time visiting beautiful Sanya during the Chinese New Year, and the picturesque scenery and fresh air were incredibly refreshing! As soon as we got out of the car, the staff immediately came to help with our luggage. Stepping into the hotel lobby, I was instantly captivated by its magnificent design. Our flight arrived early, so we had to wait a bit, but the lobby manager upgraded our room to ensure we had an even better experience. Entering the room, a vast ocean view immediately greeted us. Our room was on the side of the hotel, offering a quiet retreat while still boasting beautiful sea views! The room was clean, tidy, comfortable, bright, and well-equipped! Every morning, staff would promptly arrange to clean the room and replenish toiletries. The hotel breakfast, located on the first floor, offered both Chinese/Western and Hainanese options. The food display was dazzling and diverse, with delicious flavors and excellent service! After breakfast, you could simply walk through the lobby to the hotel's beach recreation area. The hotel's outdoor garden area features a heated swimming pool, perfect for kids to splash around, and a surfing experience zone – you can book a time with the staff if you're interested. Besides the swimming area, there are also outdoor recreational facilities like an overwater zip line with ocean views, a jungle adventure park, and many other activities to choose from. Then you can head to the beach area, where during the day you can enjoy natural sunbathing, or try exciting water activities like jet skis, diving, surfing, and parasailing. As night falls, you can experience an electrifying beach electronic music party. On Chinese New Year's Eve, there were even traditional Chinese performances like dragon and lion dances and fish lantern shows, which made me feel a unique New Year atmosphere! Before we left, the hotel also prepared a lovely little gift for us! It was such a wonderful surprise, absolutely amazing! Thank you, MGM Grand Sanya, for allowing me to experience such an extraordinary festive atmosphere and a comfortable, unforgettable holiday during this traditional Chinese festival! If I have the chance in the future, I will definitely come back to Sanya and choose to stay at MGM Grand Sanya again!"

"On the first day, I added Jill, our butler, on WeChat. Our first room was a bit far from the sea, so I asked the butler, and she immediately helped us switch to a much more comfortable room. All the staff were incredibly enthusiastic, which made us feel great. The next day, when they asked about our needs, I just mentioned wanting two extra bottles of water, and when we returned to the room, there were six! We couldn't even finish them by check-out. The pool had quite a few kids playing in the afternoon, but it was well-managed. Breakfast was decent; there weren't a huge variety of dishes, but the staff managed it very orderly, always leading us to our seats. The public areas weren't large but were very clean and perfect for photos. In the evenings, there was a lively band playing on the lawn. The room balcony was very comfortable, and once the sliding door was closed, the room was super quiet and not noisy at all. Overall, it was a great experience, and my child had a fantastic time. This stay truly exceeded my expectations; I experienced a genuine 'lie-flat' vacation here. 🏖️ 🌊 Environment & Facilities: The hotel opened in 2023, so the facilities are brand new. The decor is simple and stylish, incorporating local Li ethnic features, giving it a very chic design. Although it's close to the airport, and you occasionally see planes soaring across the sky (a pleasant surprise for plane-spotting enthusiasts!), the hotel's soundproofing is excellent and doesn't affect sleep quality at all. My favorite part is the exclusive pink beach – the sand is fine, the color is romantic, and every photo you take is stunning, no filters needed. The pool area is also large, right next to the beach, creating a perfect vacation vibe. 👩🏻‍💼 Service & Highlights: But what moved me the most was definitely the service, especially from our butler, Nian Nian! ❤️ Nian Nian was truly as thoughtful as family. She added me on WeChat before check-in to discuss our needs, and once we arrived, her attentiveness was constant. This kind of responsive yet unobtrusive service is exactly what a resort hotel should offer! 👏"

"Phoenix Island Resort was an amazing experience! The location is superb, surrounded by the sea on all sides, and its iconic architecture is instantly recognizable. Getting on and off the island is easy with the free shuttle service. The rooms are spacious and clean, offering unparalleled ocean views, and the huge balcony makes the night scenery even more enchanting. The bedding is comfortable and soundproofing is excellent, ensuring a restful sleep. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, check-in was efficient, and housekeeping was thorough. Breakfast was rich and delicious. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, and the pool is perfect for photos. Overall, it's great value for money. It's ideal for both vacations and photo ops, highly recommended! I'll definitely choose this place again on my next trip to Sanya!"

"Great value for money, and they upgraded us to a family room for free, which was quite spacious. However, there was no water available at the front desk. I mentioned it when checking in and again when checking out. When I checked in, they said there was no water, so before checking out, I specifically called from the room to ask if they could send some up. They said I could just get it from the front desk when I checked out, but when I got there, they still said they had no water. So, if you need water, make sure to ask for the robot to deliver it to your room because the front desk doesn't have any. The hotel should really improve this."
