Beautiful and satisfied stay. Room was clean and spacious. Ascott meets the international standards. Breakfast was just right with good balance of the local and western selection. Close enough to the beach access, and amenities were good. I'll definitely consider to stay here again.

2 years plus hotel is an excellent choice!
Wen Ya, the manager and her staffs are highly praised!
Ordered food in and was delivered by robot straight to the room.
They have Mahjong room which is great!
Chinese restaurant on 5th floor was excellent too!

感謝幫我免費升級了套房，真是意外驚喜，體驗感拉滿！房間寬敞明亮，海景超級美！管家幫忙解決各種問題，酒店設施齊全，泳池、健身房應有盡有。周邊美食也多，出行方便。強烈推薦，真的挑不出毛病！

訂的豪華海景一居室，特別好，很新，冰箱特別大，灶台微波爐是西門子的，還配了膠囊咖啡機，超出預期，海景漂亮，小樑服務很好。房間內景參考附圖。打掃衞生很及時，備品也給了很多。最優秀的就是客廳廁所卧室都能看到海景！陽台左邊會有前面凹凸格酒店的樓擋着一部分，二線海景嘛，這個價格已經很好很好。房間很乾凈，打掃衞生的阿姨服務態度也很好。泳池很大，有1.2m和1.5m水深的，人少，隨便遊。酒店餐廳點餐是馬來西亞菜，挺好吃的，價格也不貴。早上有鋸樹的聲音，晚起的話建議帶耳塞睡覺。走到海邊5分鐘，不過走到有樓梯能下去沙灘的地方要大概15分鐘。窗外看到的那片礁石海灘現在被攔住不讓進了，衹有參加水上活動的才能進。酒店住的年輕人和俄羅斯人比較多。和這個酒店的服務比，在亞龍灣住的度假酒店服務就是一坨

定了一間一卧海景套房，落地窗正對大東海，海很漂亮。周圍吃的很多，到市區很方便，開車10分鐘就能到第一市場，下樓從對面小路走出去就是海邊，可惜因為劍魚的影響，酒店外面唯一那條路挺難走的。廚房洗衣機冰箱一應俱有，很適合長住，早餐也挺好吃的。

真是選對了！必須好好嘮嘮，住得那叫一個舒坦。
先説房間啊，我真是驚着了！空間超大，客廳、卧室、陽台，每個地兒都敞亮，一點不憋屈，比我想象中大多了。佈局也特合理，該有的區域都分得清清楚楚，走起來順順當當，完全沒有那種小酒店的壓抑感。最關鍵是東西太全了！廚房的鍋碗瓢盆、微波爐全齊活，客廳沙發軟乎乎的，電視也夠大，卧室床睡得也舒服。就連洗衣液、吹風機這些小零碎都給備好了，真就跟在自己家似的，啥都不用操心，太方便了。
泳池也得誇誇，水那叫一個乾淨，清亮得能看見底，看着就想下去撲騰兩下。每天傍晚去遊會兒，吹着海風，那叫一個得勁兒，一天的累都沒了。對了，公寓後面那小鎮，簡直是拍照寶地！建築特有味兒，隨便站哪兒一拍都是大片，不管是跟朋友拍、跟對象拍，還是全家一起拍，都特出片，朋友圈發都發不完。
再説説服務，人家不整那些虛的，簡單直接但效率高得很。沒啥繁瑣的流程，可衹要你有事兒找他們，立馬就有人迴應，解決問題也快。而且每個工作人員都特親切，見了面都笑眯眯的，感覺特暖心。
這裏必須重點提個人——（REECE YANG）！這哥們兒服務是真到位，太貼心了。從我們住進來給我們帶路，到中間我們隨口提的一些小要求，他都特耐心聽着，想盡辦法幫我們弄好。有時候一些不太好弄的事兒，他也積極幫我們協調，那股子真心為客人着想的勁兒，讓人心裏熱乎乎的。有他在，感覺這趟住得更舒服了。
反正吧，這公寓不管是房間設施還是服務，都沒挑兒。下次再來三亞，我肯定還選這兒！
