Tree House Nanshan Sanya

The room is quiet and comfortable. I feel like I will have a good sleep tonight when I move in. The room I live in is facing Guanyin. Looking at Guanyin at night, I feel like I am illuminated by the Buddha's light. The only problem is the equipment. The instant water heater often trips. The staff solved it later. However, it is a high-end homestay after all, and it still needs to be improved. It is in sharp contrast with the brand hotel I stayed in the next day (in terms of handling customer emotions and objections). The travel photo editing provided by the hotel is the original photo. It is not recommended to purchase it separately. Overall, I am still very satisfied. I hope that it can be improved when I come again next year;

The location of the Mountain Tree House Villa is very good and the design is very thoughtful. The villa is by the sea but the room is not damp at all, and the room is full of wood fragrance. The room is clean, tidy, bright, spacious, comfortable and warm🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟I will choose this Mountain Tree House Villa again🏡✌️

There were many mosquitoes when the window was open, and the musty smell was strong when the window was closed. I couldn't stand the itchy smell all night. When I opened the window in the morning, cockroaches crawled on the curtains from the bedside. Anyway, I arrived at the hotel at 2 o'clock and endured the night. I don't want to give a bad review because the service is not bad, but I can't stand spending nearly a thousand yuan for such a night.

We experienced some minor setbacks in the middle. The manager immediately dealt with the problem and actively upgraded our room. The feeling of sleeping in the tree house is really completely different. The standard room below is actually quite damp, but the tree house is not. And I can hear the sound of the waves and sleep at the feet of the Nanhai Guanyin. It is very peaceful all night. I like it. I will book the tree house directly next time! Oh, by the way! The follow-up shooting is great! The person is also patient! He took the photos of life! Super satisfied! I like all the photos I selected!

In the scenic area, there are battery sightseeing cars to pick up and drop off in and out, and free pick-up and drop-off for scenic spots. The environment is beautiful and it is convenient to see Guanyin. The service attitude is very good

I booked a family room, which can accommodate 3 adults. The three of us arrived at around 3 o'clock. The front desk gave us a room on the first floor. I really didn't expect that I paid 1,299 yuan only to live in the basement, which was dark. The so-called forest room was just a circle of trees outside the wall (see photos for details). Because the first floor was completely blocked by the wall railings and the trees outside, I couldn't feel the outside world at all. I was so depressed that I went to the front desk to negotiate and hoped to change to the second floor. The reply was that there were already guests on the second floor. Later, I asked if I could change to a better room with additional money. In the end, I added 670 yuan to change to a veritable tree house. The meditation 🧘♀️ added was also in vain...

We decided to go there on a whim. We originally booked Nanshan Hotel, but it was fully booked, so we chose this one. The staff were very friendly, the service was good, and the view was beautiful. We could walk around the scenic area slowly. The only problem was that the hotel was not soundproof, and we could hear people making noises in the middle of the night. Everything else was satisfactory.
