Nice, brand new hotel by Haitang Bay. The reception staff are very nice and will help you the best as they can. Free shuttle to Wuzhizhou wharf. That was the main reason why I stayed there and also, wanted to check out Houhai bay for surfing. The hotel is a little bit isolated but 10tmb will take you into Houhai village where there’salot of snack food. Overall, it’s an enjoyable stay.

酒店的位置比較偏僻，附近也是新建的養老中心之類吧，有家大醫院，度假的話還是不錯的，管家也非常好，服務態度也很好，早餐的咖啡很好喝

必須給酒店kathy服務點個大大的贊！提出換房需求後，還上來幫忙拿行李到新房間，很快就幫忙安排了我們滿意的房房間，新房間床品柔軟舒適，衞生打掃得超細緻，連角落都乾乾淨淨，全程換房程無憂，服務態度熱情又專業，性價比超高，推薦給大家，住得很舒心，值得好評！

房間很新，床品也不錯，工作人員態度很好，很親切，尤其是Kathy，在我不確定呆幾天的情況下，不但幫我保留了房間，還做了延時退房。酒店的安全設施也做的很不錯，外賣小哥衹能到大堂，外賣可以機器人送到房間，很有安全感，非常好👍

這次三亞之旅選擇希爾頓花園酒店，體驗超乎預期！位置優越，特別是餐飲小羊美女熱情周到，太讚了！前台美女姐姐幫我們升級了帶露台的園景房，視野絕佳。
房間乾淨整潔，床品舒適，花園景觀陽台是點睛之筆。自助早餐品種豐富，尤其喜歡現煮的後安粉。
性價比超高，無論是家庭出遊還是情侶度假都很合適。下次來三亞一定會再次選擇這裏！

帶娃和長者出門最怕折騰，但這家酒店完全打消了我的顧慮！從進門開始，工作人員就滿臉笑容地幫忙提行李，還主動給孩子遞了小玩偶，瞬間拉近了距離。Daisy辦理入住時耐心解答我們的各種問題，住店期間，長者隨口提了句想要個被子，沒過5分鐘就送到房間，房間乾淨又寬敞，孩子在裏面跑跳也沒問題，細節處滿是暖意。
