因為這家店是新店，好像沒有什麼有價值的評價，那我就真實一點，這是我在三亞 6 天來住過的最差的酒店。
唯一的問題就是，這家店有巨大的裝修的味道！！絕對是裝修完了馬上就開門營業了，而且沒做空氣清新處理，因為我之前也有住當年開業的華住會的酒店，基本上就是沒味道的，這次真的是踩坑了。
我不知道是苯的化合物還是什麼東西，反正絕對是你一進去就想離開的程度，但是因為有颱風，又覺得開着門應該問題不大，所以就沒跑路。我不知道評論裏面還有説什麼空氣清新的是啥情況，這顯然是假評論吧？我睡覺的時候都是開着最低的空調開着陽台門的，但是即使這樣，還是能聞到刺激性氣味，不推薦任何人在近期入住。
除此之外，這個酒店的位置絕對是一個加分項，就在喜來登旁邊，馬路對面就是海灘，新酒店的一些東西非常新。房間的電視用不了，開關燈衹能在一側，所以衹有一個人能操作。另外酒店的服務人員態度都很好。
但是還是那句話，這是一家剛裝修完的酒店，刺激性氣味非常明顯，如果你不在意安全問題，這家店性價比是 ok 的。

衞生：房間打掃的很乾凈，整體看起來都很乾凈，特別是細節方面，非常喜歡
環境：管理很好，離海邊也很近，離市區也很近，去哪裡都方便
服務：服務非常不錯，前台還給各種結介紹酒店的吃玩的場所，就連周邊哪裡適合我們去玩的都有給我們推薦，服務細節很不錯，非常推薦的酒店

新開的一家酒店，過馬路就是三亞灣海邊，交通特別方便，附近有新開的一家商場，去逛了一下不錯。酒店前台服務很好，温馨又熱情，贊一個！房間有大投影，孩子很喜歡。有烘乾機遇到雨天也不怕衣服不幹。

找了很久的酒店，終於找到了通用風華，住進去後發現性價比還是很高的，吃的住的再這樣的一線海景房裡已經很實惠了，最重要的是一線海景酒店啊，出去玩也方便，旁邊就是公交站台，離酒店不到2米，去南山，天涯海角，大小冬天，都很方便，購物有三亞灣一號，董大姐開的，太方便了

酒店地址非常好找，從機場出來打車十多塊錢就到了，而且出門就是海，前台小哥服務特別特別好，超有耐心，酒店不管是設施還是衞生都做的很好，衞生間地磚很防滑，而且淋浴噴頭水很大！第一次來三亞玩挺推薦這家，附近有商場也有小吃，下樓就很方便，酒店風格也是我喜歡的現代簡約，跟圖片一模一樣，性價比極高！下回來三亞第一天還是首選這家！

房間不錯，通風好，景色好，有洗衣機房，特別感謝呂經理，提前詢問顧客住房偏好，提供熨斗，因為到的比較晚，凌晨1:00才洗完衣服還幫忙多提供了衣架！特別感謝提供衣架的小哥，麻煩啦～被蚊子咬了，還有花露水提供，服務態度特別好，賓至如故歸，早餐也比較豐富！還體驗了專業旅拍態度也很好，不會強制要求強制推銷你多購買照片，非常舒服的合作
