我們一家五口，四個大人帶一個寶寶，定了兩間房間，到了酒店後，工作人員1號一位**志，非常熱情幫忙辦行李，我們的行李真的很多，超級熱情有耐心；我定房間的時候不清楚是分開的兩棟樓，前台6號，10號工作人員（如果我記錯的話，請酒店領導核實下當時2點半左右來辦入住時是那兩位工作人員，我的記性不太好）非常貼心為了我們一家在一起方便，直接升級了臨海別墅！超級棒，一家人能在一起，而且房間寬敞舒適，三間房，一樓兩個單人床，二樓兩個大床房，每個都配洗手間，家人們住起來太便捷了！而且到海邊超級超級近，有寶寶的專屬的沙灘小遊樂園，酒店還有游泳池，寶寶下水都不願意上岸，每天玩的不亦樂乎！早餐也很不錯，每天吃的都很好！俄羅斯人超級多！感覺像在國外，哈哈！長者鞋子找不到了，工作人員1號，超級細心的給看監控找鞋，迅速發現了鞋子行蹤，被長者遺忘在角落了。我都沒在意的一雙鞋，工作人員為了長者一直用心找尋，管家5號加了微信也非常盡職盡責，加我微信詢問居住要求和感受，還一直幫忙找鞋子，找到了還第一時間通知長者和我，退房也安排延遲到2點，我覺得自己定兩天真的太少了，可以一直住下去！南中國的體驗非常好，之後有機會還得來呀！

酒店房間很寬敞明亮舒適，大堂10號工作人員非常暖心的在我們入住前一天和我們聯繫，聞訊我們是幾人到來，還給寶寶準備了沙桶，細節滿滿，超級暖心。酒店離海邊也特別近，步行一二百米就是大東海，旁邊就是公園，很熱鬧，距離很多好吃的地方也很近。早餐也很豐盛，景色也很宜人。此行在南中國大酒店體驗感太好啦！給三亞加分了好多！

優點是價格便宜，離海近，服務不錯。缺點是配套設施的確還不夠完善，健身房很小，設備太少了，建議增加一些設備，游泳池也有點小，沙灘椅那裡的遮陽傘也不見了。

預訂的B棟親子房，給了最高層的4樓，陽台可以看到海，風景不錯～離沙灘是真近，B棟出來一條小路直通沙灘～不過酒店比較有年代感，設施比不上新一些的酒店，衹有2個泳池，一個大點水深一些，一個小童的小泳池，但是確實是很用心的在辦活動，小童泳池泡泡趴時還有一個工作人員拿着水管手動噴水，下午活動時間段有水上籃球、手搖船隨便玩，泳池裡一般人也不多，白天能曬到太陽水温還可以～房間不大，親子房有一個小童帳篷，支在房間都不好走路了，也衹有一個單人沙發，叫了外賣衹能把陽台的桌子凳子搬進來用，房間的隔音也不大好，有一天下午幾個小朋友在走道跑來跑去的很吵，別的時候也還行～服務不錯，特別是看到小朋友都會打招呼，小朋友喜歡吃糖，天天去大堂拿糖吃，有一天去沒有了問服務員，特意去給他拿糖還送了個可愛的小雞包，從此以後可以自己裝糖自己吃了～

這次的三亞之行，南中國酒店給了我們超乎預期的完美體驗！
酒店地理位置絕佳，步行60秒就是大東海柔軟的沙灘，碧海藍天觸手可及。前台工作人員服務熱情周到，辦理入住高效迅速，尤其是11號工作人員，熱情貼心。
我們入住的房間寬敞明亮，海景陽台視野無敵，每天清晨在浪濤聲中醒來，傍晚看落日熔金，愜意無比。房間衞生無可挑剔，床品舒適，設施齊全且維護得很好。酒店的泳池區域是孩子的最愛，綠植環繞，環境非常優美。
特別要稱讚的是早餐，中西式種類豐富，尤其是海南本地特色小吃，讓人回味無窮。從禮賓到保潔阿姨，每位員工都面帶微笑，主動問候，讓人倍感温暖。
這次入住物超所值，無論是家庭出遊還是情侶度假，這裏都是絕佳選擇。已經向朋友們大力推薦，下次來三亞，一定還會選擇南中國酒店！

這是總體來講還是很不錯的，有游泳池，然後有4家的沙灘，但是颱風天過去的話要注意，可能游泳池就不開了。我們入住就趕上了9月的菠蘿衣，沒有能夠享受到泳池，也沒有能夠進入沙灘，非常的遺憾

美中不足的事就是颱風天，然後經常會把衣服打濕，但是這裏沒有烘乾機，希望以後可以加強
