Amazing stay, friendly staff, very clean. Excellent service: they would bring fresh towels or anything you need upon requests within a few minutes. The location is very convenient: shops, restaurants and the beach are very close.

There are 5-6 blocks in total. Quite a number of units are vacant. The building where we stayed is slightly run down. Lift interior covered with paperboard, some minor renovation on going. Rusted door frame. Lastly uncomfortable bed.

The first stop after landing at the airport. I thought it was already nine o'clock to check in and take a nap, so I just searched for a homestay on Ctrip. I saw that there were tatami mats and thought it was suitable for babies (too small without a bed guard, it is easy to fall off the bed). After checking in, I was pleasantly surprised. The parent-child facilities are so comprehensive! Baby toilet, small steps, bathtub, toilet seat, constant temperature kettle, disinfection cabinet, stroller, baby dining chair, baby toothbrush, kitchen refrigerator, washing machine, the kitchen can be directly turned on, and there are some bowls, chopsticks and knives, which is so convenient! Later I found that the big bed is also equipped with a bed guard. The community is three minutes away from the Coconut Dream Corridor after crossing the road. There is also a row of supermarkets at the door with complete facilities. The coconut chicken dregs vinegar hot pot I ate at noon was also delicious. If you have to be picky, some wallpaper on the wall has been rubbed off, and because I live in this building with a sea view, there is a road below, which is not very quiet at night, and the two air conditioners are facing the bed, but it doesn't have much impact on me. Combined with the current price, it can be given 98 points! It was better than the family hotel I stayed in the next day. The first day after landing was perfect!

The airport is very close to the hotel, about ten kilometers away. Just cross the road and you will reach the Coconut Dream Corridor. When you arrive, a butler will pick you up and help you with your luggage. The service is considerate and responsive, and the price-performance ratio is very high.

I stayed in three hotels in Sanya, and this is the last one and the best one. If I hadn't bought the return ticket in advance, I would have stayed in this hotel for a few more days. We booked a parent-child room, which has a very good environment, clean and hygienic, and there are no problems with the supporting facilities. It has all the necessary facilities, such as air conditioning, refrigerator, washing machine, gas stove, and children's dining chairs, strollers, footstools, thermos kettles, and some toys. Finally, I have to say that the greenery in the community is really pleasing to the eye, there is a swimming pool downstairs, and it is also close to the Coconut Dream Promenade and the beach, just a few minutes' walk away. In a word, it is worth booking this hotel, it is worth the money!

The overall house facilities are old, so it seems unclean. There is no hot water in the two bathroom sinks. The water in the shower head is also very small. If this price is really low, the cost performance is really low. Overall, there is nothing satisfactory. I saw the picture description before that there was a children's tent, but it was not there. I was a little disappointed. Except for the sea view, everything else is completely different from the picture.

Overall, I am very satisfied with the room. The facilities and environment are beyond my expectations. If the environment remains the same, I will stay here again next time. I give a thumbs up to the store. If I want to return the goods I bought from JD.com, it was too late. The store actually came to my door to help me pick up the goods.
