the hotel is amazing, everything is clean, location is great, 5 minutes walk to the beach. there are lots of things around, street food, some restaurants, park. the staff is very friendly, one day they brought fruits to our room, another day necklaces. we are very satisfied with our stay here. 酒店很棒，一切都很干净，位置很棒，步行 5 分钟即可到达海滩。周围有很多东西，街头小吃、一些餐馆、公园。工作人员非常友好，有一天他们把水果送到我们的房间，另一天送项链。我们对在这里的住宿非常满意。

Third time here and we had a fantastic family holiday again! Location, beach, swimming pools and gardens are gorgeous and really well kept. We love the different pool options and the room with direct pool access is so convenient with kids. I agree with other reviews that rooms could use renovation, especially if they used to be smoking rooms, but daily cleaning is impeccable. The open air breakfast spot is lovely and breakfast choice is excellent, Chinese restaurant is also very good and provided such nice support to celebrate kid’s birthday. Derrick Liu was so helpful to address any concerns, everyone on staff is super friendly and goes above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Can wholeheartedly recommend!

We are first time to Sanya, thought of booking in Yalong Bay Area , Found Holiday inn from trip com and booked . We have stayed for 5 days and experience is amazing , this hotel is budget friendly , breakfast is varied , have multiple vegetables options in breakfast ( we are vegetarian) , kitchen is available for cooking ( utensils will be provided by hotel ) , room got Mountain View which is spectacular ( this is basic option) , this is near to sea and very near to underwater world where we can do sea activities . Staff are polite and they answer to your every question . Also , the hotel provides some kids activities which are ok as well , the hotel also has one adult pool and one kids pool as well . One Particular person is Rose (he/him ) ( on the hotel front desk ) who helps way beyond the expectation and helped for some guidance for the visiting of some places . Overall , there was no complaints and this hotel seems too good to be true. If you are looking for reasonable budget , with family , have kids , quiet place , little far from city center , near to sea ( taking bay ) this is the hotel I recommend .

This hotel has the most beautiful surroundings,with the views of the lake, nearby mountain and national forest park.Birds chirp happily and lots of lush make you feel you are in a tropical paradise. Fish ponds around the reception area are also adding up to the whole feeling of tranquility. It is particularly suitable for families and kids, predominantly Chinese people. The front desk service is always smiling,however only two of them can speak English.I was especially impressed by the manager Margaret who made sure I settled well.My first room has a pool access . However,that pool is shared with 3 other similar rooms and the apartment on the 2 Nd floor which was occupied by a family with 3 kids..They were inconsiderate and noisy, would swim until late at night disturbing my peaceful sleep, which os why I moved to a lobby room, apparently smaller one with no bath tub.In a way I was downgraded and was hoping for some compensation,but nothing was initiated.No worries. That still did not spoil the rest of my stay in this wonderful resort.My friend came to join me and we extended my stay fro 3 more days. I would recommend this hotel to couples and families mainly. The best nature in Sanya!

Pros : beach front, great views. The staff can speak English and are very friendly as well as attentive. i believe it was daniel (not sure), but he was great and very helpful. The buffet is pretty decent with a lot of options. Rooms are quite spacious. Taxis are quick. Massage spa in the hotel is nice as well. Cons: I don't have strong cons, but there are definitely some things that can be improved to make the hotel a better stay and upgrade the quality. Such as better toiletries, the toothpaste and shampoo/conditioner were cheap products that didn't do much so I would highly recommend to bring your own. The sofa bench in our room was stained. I loved that we had an iron and board in our room, but the board was about 10 years old and didn't even stand straight. The pool area was quite confusing and not logically structured. So many sections were always closed off. It required you to go a long way around to the beach and limit your freedom of where to swim. During breakfast time, the management poorly scheduled/organized their staff, leaving one worker to clean all the tables during its busy time. This led to many people standing around waiting for tables to be cleaned or sitting at a dirty table. Overall, it's not a bad hotel at all, but if you're not on a budget, you can spend money on a more updated one. Though this one has its perk of being beachfront.

We choose this hotel for 3 years already. Advantages: Amazing sea views, beautiful area, delicious breakfast, very pleasant beach area with a lot of shade. Room key card as a waterproof bracelet is a big plus, worry free. Abundance of activities for kids. Fire show was amazing, my son went three times. The photoshooting is included in your stay! You can get 5 pictures for free or pay 599 to get all the pictures (over 100), the shooting process was quick and fun, the pictures are very beautiful! Points to improve: Hotel has many pools but only 2 towel stands, it takes you much time to find the towels and walk to them. More towel stands would be great. Many of the activities are parent-child ones. As a parent I prefer to have some rest time and watch my child play rather than play with him. If the hotel could make a division for different age groups, toddlers could have their easy games with parents, while kids over 5 years old could play alone and have more challenging games. The foam party needs a separate registration and payment. That’s a bit troublesome. Other hotels have it daily for free. The zoo gives you a very depressive feeling - for example, the 5 little deer are kept in a tiny dirty smelly place, they look so sad, your heart is breaking… please close this “attraction”, many animals are suffering there.

The location was ideal as it was within walking distance to the beach. We had our own personal contact called Cindy who was attentive. We were upgraded upon arrival to the Myanmar Villa. The staff were all friendly and polite. Everyday our room and pool was cleaned and the staff created cute towel animals. The private pool was lovely and good temp. There was a power outage while we were there however it was quickly resolved once we notified staff. The amenities were good and room service was cheap. Public was average but not a detriment to the stay. We added breakfast to our package for the days were staying. The buffet was good, a mix of western and chinese, some days were better than others but overall quite nice. Overall i would recommend staying here.
