The resort is a fantstic get away from a busy life style. It has a lot of things you can do throughout the day. As part of our stay we had the opportunity to go over the rope bridge and the glass bridge. We also did the zip line and visited the pet venue. We wanted to do the guided forest tour but it was only in chinese so we opted out. A suggestion would be to have an option in english as well. We communicated with customer service Xiao Chen every day for our daily transportation from one place to the other. Everything run very smoothly 👌 Everyone was very friendly. We will definitely come back again.

Beautiful hotel. Convenient location, close to the best beach in Sanya. There is a shopping center with outlets nearby. A street where you can find a variety of food. The hotel has all the amenities, good service, polite staff. Of the minuses: some rooms require cosmetic repairs, in one of the rooms a party of little ants came to the bed. It's an island, so there are a lot of different insects.

I stayed for two days and it was very comfortable. The room was not ready on the day I arrived, so the manager helped me find another room to change clothes. Because I like to sunbathe, he also found a lounge chair by the pool for me to sunbathe. The service was very considerate, and the problem was handled quickly and decisively, which made people feel very relieved. It was so considerate to consider the guests everywhere. The overall environment is beautiful, the photos are beautiful, the room is clean, and the surrounding night market is very lively with a lot of food. I recommend staying here.

A great B&B experience! • Swimming pool: The clear water is as transparent as a sapphire. You can feel the gentleness of the water waves when swimming. Even people with mysophobia can check in with confidence~ • Environment: When you open the window, you can see greenery everywhere. The garden design is very thoughtful. When you take a walk, you can smell the fragrance of plants and trees, and you will feel relaxed~ • Service: The staff always greets you with a smile. They are very considerate to help with luggage and recommend attractions. It feels like home~ • Food: Freshly cooked seafood is absolutely amazing! The sweet shrimps and crabs are paired with secret sauces. Even picky friends can't stop eating~ • Room: The sun shines in through the floor-to-ceiling windows. The sheets and quilts are so clean that they reflect light. They are soft when you lie down and have a good night's sleep~ I sincerely recommend it to all friends who want to relax. You definitely don't want to leave when you come~✨

This B&B is really great! As soon as I entered the hotel, I was attracted by the decoration of the hotel. The water quality of the public swimming pool on the first floor is very clean. I saw that the staff cleaned and disinfected it every day. The lady at the front desk also upgraded our room type for free. We stayed in a poolside waterfront king-size bed room. As soon as we opened the window, we could enter the swimming pool. The holiday feeling was full. I will stay here next time!

The room is very nice. We booked a deluxe suite with a small balcony. The environment is also very good. There is a green forest under the balcony. The air conditioner, water heater, and washing machine are all very powerful. It is very cost-effective for family travel. The only drawback is that the free water is in a bottle. After drinking, you need to go downstairs to get free purified water. In this way, you still need to buy water when you go out. You can't take the hotel water directly. But at this price, why do you need a bicycle? I am super satisfied. When I left the hotel, I didn't plan my itinerary well, so I had to refund one night's room fee. The front desk lady was also very considerate and refunded us one night's room fee. She only charged the overtime hourly room fee. A thumbs up!

The experience of staying in this homestay was beyond my expectations! From the moment I stepped into the room, I was amazed by the warm layout and clean environment. The whole house is decorated in log style, with warm yellow lights, the atmosphere is full, and people can instantly relieve their travel fatigue. The landlord is very enthusiastic, and my favorite is the open-air balcony. In the evening, you can watch the sunset in the evening breeze, and in the morning, you can eat breakfast in the sun on the balcony. It's so comfortable! I have recommended it to my friends around me, and I will choose here next time!

We spent 12 nights in this quiet, peaceful paradise near the mountains. We didn't regret staying at this resort at all, we wanted peace and quiet, the area is all green, with a pond inhabited by black swans, white ducks and fish, which are interesting to watch. There are also hot springs where you can sit and relax in solitude, also to the left of the entrance to the hot springs there is a bath with fish that will give you a massage. There is a living corner with beautiful peacocks, ponies, llamas, squirrels and other animals, there are also geckos on the territory. I want to express my deep gratitude for the provided luxurious room with a great view from the balcony and other services, especially Andy, who helped us with many issues. The cooks in the restaurant cooked wonderfully, the breakfasts were varied. The cleaning in the rooms is excellent, daily, always available gel, shampoos, soap, toothbrush and paste, cap, toilet paper and napkins, towels, robes, 4 bottles of mineral water. All the hotel staff are friendly, welcoming and you can always contact them, thanks to Argyle resort.

The hotel was clean, workers are super friendly and helpful. Even they don’t speak English, they translated in the phone. Breakfast was good: it was Chinese and  Europenean food so everyone could find something. But location is like nowhere. Near there is no restaurants. Even there is no fruit store. There is bus that can bring you to the beach and walking street with restaurants.  Отель ок, чистый - убирают каждый день, меняют полотенца и халаты. Персонал не говорит по английски, но переводят в переводчике. Рядом нет ничего, но есть трансферт к морю и пешеходной улице. В целом, если вы на машине, достойный вариант. Завтраки разнообразные и хорошие.

I booked a villa a private pool for 2 nights and paid for it, but they canceled my booking with rediculous reason, which they couldn’t contact me. However, they apologized and solved the problem offering more amenities for 2 days and moved us to a better villa with a pool in 2nd night. But first night’s villa was not good. Second villa was gorgeous, we enjoyed our stay.
