"Hotel is good but location is too far away from city centre. When we arrived to check in, the staff made a mistake on giving the wrong number of room to us. That was weird because when we headed to the room, one of the cleaners was cleaning the room and we need to go back to the reception. Hotel overall was good but I am not satisfied with the toilet. The design of the bathroom is weird because there are no enough space for my stuff. Breakfast is average but don't expect too much. Rooftop poll is good but water was dirty someday."

"The hotel is pretty good, very close to the airport, less than 10 minutes away. We took a taxi from the airport and it cost 25 euros, but we took Uber when we went back and it was less than ¥10 euros at 3:00 in the morning. The hotel is not bad, but it is a 4-star hotel, so there is no SPA. The service is very good. The room is also clean. The breakfast is also good, but if it is dinner, although the reviews on Google are not very good, the food is actually good, especially the shrimp is super delicious. The location is a little far from the city, so we basically took Uber. I hope it helps you."

"Everything is absolutely perfect: friendliness and professionalism of the staff, very quiet room (n.5.3, 5th floor with elevator), cozy and super clean, with a bottle of water and ”welcome” sweets (I really liked it, especially after a whole day (air travel), excellent wi-fi, and the possibility of having breakfast served in the room. I also liked the attention to the environment and the reduction of unnecessary expenses (bottle and glass cups, instructions on changing towels only when necessary, etc.). Unfortunately it was a one-night stay (coming from the Azores, I arrived at 9.30 pm and only stayed until 9 am the following morning), but I will definitely repeat this excellent experience!
