The hotel is very good and beautiful. And it is very well located. The receptionist is very attentive and sympathetic. We stay in the 804. King bed, excellent and single bed. There are very good Enxoval. It has fine covers, but it was enough. The room has a variety of mirrors, the floor is different, very nice, from wood. The large bathroom. Excellent shower. It has a dryer, hygiene products and toilet. All very clean. This day the restaurant was testing the first dinner. They served 3 types of hot, delicious. Other dishes for the moment, and only served in the room. I have used this accommodation for more than 15 years, it has one of the best locations for my walks, bars and restaurants to walk, transit to take my city's daughter to University and Rio Preto is in the middle of the road. We were in the hotel for only one day, it was good to stay but some points could improve. In our room there was a bathroom that I couldn't distinguish from where it was but that left the floor wet all the time, being smooth and dangerous. There are 3 swimming pools, one of bibbol, one of furo and one of the main, which is small if the hotel is full. From the positive points I emphasise the disposition of the rooms, all with access to the leisure area and the possibility of parking the car in front of the apt, the coffee (buffet) and the dinner (la carte) were well served and tasty, checkin and checkout rapid

It's a Ibis. If you have any advantage in Ibis Hotels, you're not surprised at anything. They are all the same. A simple room with good cleaning, a TV with some channels, a OK internet and a bad cost-benefit in general. Morning coffee, if you don't make a meal that fills your stomach and compensates for lunch, the price is not justified. There were two only reasons to host me in this hotel when I am working in that region, which is its location, which is very close to the region of good bars and restaurants of São José do Rio Preto and the loyalty program ALL (I am Platinum). I do not consider that the score has been made anymore, for no reasons. So, as I lost the main reason to host hotels in this network, it is a hotel I remove from my list of options in a new opportunity. It is more expensive, but it is, indeed, more hotel.

The staff were always careful, always educated, and the rooms were clean and noisey. The shower a delicious, we rent two rooms and place our rooms close to each other, recommend to everyone, a cheap hotel, but of very quality

I hosted the hotel in October 2023 on a working trip with two more friends. The hotel is excellent location, next to a supermarket with easy access to restaurants, shopping, pharmacies, etc. note 10,0. The Tripadvisor has been assessed with excellent reviews, which helped me choose the Tripadvisor, each of which was allocated to a single suite with two single beds. The suite has a good size with bed, bedrooms and comfortable dressing, headboard with towels, LCD TV, frigobar and an open box. The reception and the cabins were always very nice and willing to help note 10,0. The hotel is well secure with access parking on the side of the hotel. Parts of the vacations are covered and the others are on a ground opened by the side note 8.0. The hotel has excellent breakfast with bread, cake, cheese bread, eggs, sweets, fruits, juices etc. the tables were constantly clean and the service team was very careful, note 10,0. WIFI, at peak hours was a little unstable note 7.0. We had some maintenance problems, air conditioning, closure, shower, etc. that were quickly resolved Note 7.0. The only negative points were the maintenance problems of the hotel. In average Note 8.0 for the hotel. I would certainly indicate and return.

The hotel is very well located. Room is large. Great bathroom with excellent shower. There is a very good, tired and complete breakfast. There were only more units of trawlers (only one per host) and no covers were available, although San José do Rio Negro was very warm and always good to have the arrangement.
