The team is just amazing, very nice people.
The rooms are old and looks cheap , it's like a cheap hotel with a great location. If they invest a bit on decorations will be very good .

早餐還可以，周圍很安全，晚上9點出去吃飯，安全問題也不用考慮，300米內一個葯店，4個餐廳，很方便。衹是菜跟中國差異很大，建議泡麪帶點

Hotel muito bem localizado, com acesso fácil à linha de trem da CP**, também tem muitos comércios próximos.
As pessoas que nos atendem em todas as áreas são muito atenciosos e simpáticos.
Na minha opinião poderiam melhorar 2 pontos:
1) Acesso aos andares com pio frio ao invés de carpet, em função de carpet causar problemas a quem tem certas alergias.
2) No café da manhã as frutas poderiam ser melhores, mais frescas. Nas vezes que estive hospedado elas estavam "meio verdes" ainda.

Atendimento péssimo, tudo muito confuso ! Fiquei uma noite com meu filho de 17 anos e queriam cobrar várias diárias de carro, e vários itens do frigobar . O
Depois viram que era de outro quarto! Estava frio e não tinha nenhum cobertor no quarto. Não recomendo!!

The toilet didn't work properly. I had to call to desk 3 times for these problems. the tv was too old. The photos show a jacuzzi at the roof that doesn't exist anymore.
