Great service and location is rather convenient. English/chinese speaking staff available to assist as well. Wish that the breakfast would have more variety.

Clean ,Large room ,comfortable bed , breakfast was simple but healthy delicious. is short walk from Nakajima park station.Miss Wang at reception was friendly and helpful ,she speaks Chinese so making enquiry for information about Sapporo place of interest easy.

Great stay at UNWIND Sapporo! Staff were very hospitable and friendly, and service was fast—amenities were delivered right away. Loved the design and cool concept. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

The staff here are English-speaking and exceptionally friendly and welcoming. I purchased a refill for my Traveler’s Notebook, a special collaboration with the hotel featuring the hotel name in gold on the cover. When the staff asked if I was a TN user, I showed her my train version TN, and she showed me hers too! It was a very lovely interaction. They also asked if I wanted to stamp my notebook, providing three different variations. It was a wonderful touch! There are only five paid parking slots available, costing ¥1,600 per night. The parking spot is reserved for you, so you’re free to come and go as you please. They even put up a sign indicating your room number. I’d definitely stay here again if I return to Sapporo!

Everything was great! Love the interior design, the rooms are spacious & the breakfast is good. Would definitely come back again!

The positives were that the receptionist was from Taiwan and we had no problem communicating. The negatives were that the hotel was undergoing renovations when we arrived, so the parking spaces were limited and only available to the renovation workers. If you're considering booking, you might want to reserve a spot in advance to see if there's one. If not, there's a parking lot nearby at an acceptable price!

The hotel was clean and nice, and offered a welcome drink. It was about a 5-minute walk from the subway station and about a 15-minute walk from Susukino and other central areas. The breakfast was delicious, and was ready from 6:30 in the morning. I would definitely stay here again.

The reception staff was very friendly. The hotel is located about a 5-minute walk from the subway station. There are several convenience stores next to the hotel, and many restaurants are about a 5-8 minute walk away. It's a quiet location in a busy city. The breakfast soup changes every day, which is great for guests staying for more than three days. However, although the room was non-smoking, there was still a slight smell of secondhand smoke, probably due to the central air conditioning. It was a minor flaw.

The location is not bad, within walking distance to Susukino, and the staff is friendly and can communicate in English, so there was no problem. The room is quite large (for Japan), and there is a Lawson right next to the hotel, and there are Aeon Supermarket and 7-Eleven nearby. The subway station is not far away, and Nakajima Park is about a 3-minute walk? 🥖Bread provided in the morning, 2 slices per person and 1 stick of butter. If you bake it in the oven in the room, it is crispy and delicious. It is a light bread. It is usually placed in front of the door between 7 and 7:30, and the soup that comes out every day is different. I stayed for 5 nights and 6 days, and the last day was the same soup as the first day😍 And you can buy different bread and bake it in the oven in the room. (Only bread is allowed) 📍Drip coffee, green tea, and water are provided for each person in the room every day. 📍You can freely take amenities in the lobby on the first floor, The foam cleansing is goodㅋㅋ It's full of bubbles👍 📍The cleaning part was a little disappointing. Bread crumbs are bound to fall, but the floor was dirty because they didn't clean it. Judging from the hair tie that fell, it seems they didn't clean the floor. The handwashing water outlet above the toilet was dirty and a little dirty. I didn't use it, so I didn't care. Everything else was fine😊 📍After checking out, if you request a taxi, they will call you. You can request it in English. We took a taxi to Sapporo Station and from there to Chitose We took the JR Overall, it was comfortable, friendly, and nice.
