"the hotel is quite clean,although the room has no windows but it is still comfortable,the air conditioner is cold,the bathroom is clean,the amenities are not bad,the only downside is noisy,not soundproof,but this is a hotel worth the money. The location is a village, but near convenience store and atm."

"The staff in the horizon club were excellent, in particular, Sania was always ready to greet us with a smile and help with our queries. It was a great atmosphere in the horizon club. Breakfast was varied and enjoyable and the hotel has extensive facilities. The pool was not busy and our children really enjoyed it. As others have noted the hotel is dated in places, but staff work hard to keep it maintained. We did have an issue with one of the pillows in our room which was brown due to staining, it wasn’t ideal, we asked for a replacement but the room service put 2 pillow cases on instead. Would definitely stay here again."
