I stayed at work. From Tokorozawa Station, it is convenient to be located in front of the road across the road. I think it is a little higher than the recent chain business hotel. The room was old but the water was renewed (probably) and clean. The shower head was micro bubble? It was good 々 in the middle. Mineral water is also placed in the room for free. Only 1 points. The cooling/heating in the room is not very controlled, and there is a smell in the corridor of the room. However, it is in an excellent location. There are everything around, including convenience stores, supermarkets, restaurants, department stores, stations...there are many parking lots around.
