"Exceeded expectations! I chose this hotel specifically for its integrated theme park resort experience, and I wasn't disappointed after checking in! The hotel is located within the Fuli Ocean Adventure Park resort area, making it very convenient for families with kids to visit the park. The room was spacious and comfortably laid out, with a sofa area for relaxation. The floor-to-ceiling sliding doors opened onto a large balcony. Stepping onto the balcony, you get an amazing view of the pool, coconut groves, and the distant sea. Absolutely stunning! The hotel's outdoor pool area is large, with varying depths and a dedicated children's play area. The lawns are beautifully maintained. Breakfast offered a rich variety of options, and the service was prompt. The entire resort has a castle-style architecture, and every photo you take looks like it's from a blockbuster movie. No need to rush from place to place; food, drinks, and entertainment are all available on-site, making it a very comfortable family vacation. 📸 The hotel's photography service is highly recommended; I absolutely love the finished photos! The complementary photo shoot was a huge bonus on this trip! The photographer arrived on time and was excellent with children, guiding them naturally without any awkwardness. The photo spots chosen were iconic: the Hyatt beach swing, the sandy coastline, with the Ferris wheel and the popular 'sea train' all framed in the background – truly the unique signature scenery of Fuli Ocean Adventure Park. The candid shots were perfectly captured, from the kids' lively moments to our warm family interactions. The original photos were already high quality, and the retouches were clear and soft, full of that relaxed island vacation vibe. I was so pleasantly surprised by the photos; they perfectly preserved the wonderful memories of our family trip. It's definitely worth experiencing! Overall, I was very satisfied with the entire experience – the facilities, location, service, and the photography package were all top-notch. I highly recommend this for families with kids; you can enjoy the ocean park to your heart's content and also get plenty of beautiful vacation photos. "The sea view was absolutely stunning, and my kids loved it! Head up to the 7th floor rooftop for an even more amazing sunrise and sunset experience. The front desk service was excellent too; they were very prompt with printing and opening doors for us. It's a testament to their popularity that there's a constant stream of guests at the front desk, even at this time of year. The surrounding area, a Tanka fishing village, has a relaxed, down-to-earth vibe that we really enjoyed. In the evening, we could stroll along the boardwalk on the opposite beach and even saw some 'catch-the-sea' aunties (women foraging for seafood). The only minor drawback was that the cleanliness could have been a little better."

You'll find everything from Japanese sashimi and freshly grilled steaks to various seafood options and Chinese hot dishes. After your meal, there are desserts and chilled fruits to cleanse your palate. The craft zone is truly excellent, featuring a large soft play area as well as a super rich DIY craft zone where children and parents can create together. The staff are very patient in teaching the kids. The venue also offers a diverse range of activities like bumper cars, arcade games, and a sandpit treasure hunt, blending both active and quiet fun. The family restrooms are thoughtfully equipped with slippers, and there's a spacious resting and dining area. You can also relax and enjoy some craft creation. The park is clearly sectioned and clean, with an indoor constant temperature, so you don't have to worry about sun or rain. It's a one-stop solution that meets the needs of children of all ages. For family vacations, I think it's truly great – it frees up parents' hands."

"I specifically chose to stay at the Ocean View Pavilion, and its biggest draw is the incredible convenience for snorkeling. The balcony opens right onto the sea, allowing you to hop in and swim with the fish whenever you like. This immersive near-shore snorkeling experience is truly unique. The only minor downside is that the room can be a bit humid; after all, facing the ocean means high humidity is an unavoidable issue for seaside rooms. Thankfully, the hotel thoughtfully provides a dehumidifier, which effectively alleviates any discomfort caused by the dampness. Overall, the pros far outweigh the cons. If you're looking for an immersive, close-to-the-ocean experience, this place is absolutely perfect. The unique near-shore access is something a standard sea-view room simply can't compare to."

"The soundproofing in the room was absolutely terrible. We booked a twin room, and there was actually a connecting door in the middle! We could clearly hear our neighbors talking, walking around, and watching TV. It was a nightmare when they returned at 11 PM, just as we were about to go to sleep 😱. We complained to the front desk, and they arranged a temporary room for us. The only available room was a single king bed, and we had to carry our sleeping child there. The three of us squeezed onto one king bed, which was hot, stuffy, and left us with sore backs in the morning 🙁. The hotel itself is quite old, and even the lobby was hot. The only good thing was the large pool and the nice hot springs. The overall environment is pretty good, but the room's soundproofing was truly awful."

"On my last day in Lingshui, I sat at the tatami tea table, gazing at the view outside the window that gradually shifted from blue to orange-pink, and suddenly felt reluctant to leave. The hotel's tatami suites perfectly embody the minimalist aesthetic of the Song Dynasty, incorporating the principles of simplicity and negative space into every inch. From the natural wood latticework and elegant cotton and linen curtains to the warm-feeling teaware, even the window frames resemble picture frames, making it feel like stepping right onto the beach. In the morning, I could walk barefoot on the soft white sand, and in the evening, the sound of the waves seemed like background music. The most delightful surprise was the private tatami tea table—perfect for boiling water, brewing local white tea, watching the sea, daydreaming, and waiting for the sunset. The hotel's location is superb, right next to the popular Shuikou Bridge road. The macaron-colored railings and pavement, paired with the blue sky and sea, make for stunning photos; it's also close to Xiangshui Bay, offering a tranquil escape from the crowds. The resort boasts a private outdoor swimming pool, badminton court, basketball court, billiards room, children's playground, gym, and library—enough to easily while away an entire afternoon. Nearby water activities include surfing, jet skiing, banana boating, and yacht fishing—don't miss out! Fun! Exciting! Guests also enjoy exclusive discounts; the benefits we secured were truly substantial, even the instructors praised the price as ”incredibly worthwhile.” But what truly makes it memorable is the people here. Upon check-out, the receptionist chased after us with a bottle of ice water, reminding us, ”Remember to reapply sunscreen this afternoon,” her tone as warm as family. Every question was gently answered, every need carefully noted—such service is more heartwarming than the scenery. This hotel, imbued with Song Dynasty charm and genuine sincerity, is where I'll stay again next time I'm in Hainan, to drink tea, gaze at the sea, and reconnect with time."

The internal facilities are a bit old, but they are relatively clean and tidy. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but there's enough to fill you up, and the dining environment is great, with the option to eat outdoors and enjoy the views."
