"This is our 2nd trip within 6 months as my daughter requested for a return and also for her craving with the pasta at the Italian restaurant. So we stayed there for 2 nights which is enough for a short getaway. When we reached our room, after unpacking some of our stuff from the luggage, we decided to take short break before heading to the pool and upon resting on the bed, my daughter noticed that the duvet cover was stained with blood. It was very obvious and was surprised that the staff did not noticed it. I informed the front office staff who came to our room due to some issue with the safe and he got it changed while we were out for our swim. I will recommend that the hotel manager look into this due to hygiene issues and such bedding materials that are stained with blood to be disposed. As for the bathroom , stains on the wall and floor are very obvious and it’s about time for the staff to have a chemical wash , no doubt this resort is very old, cleanliness shouldn’t be ignored to maintain it’s reputation and loosing the customers confidence in returning again. Lastly, a big thank you to the waitress at the Italian restaurant who gotten the chef to fire up the pasta I had last year in December that was no longer in the menu , this gesture made our trip a memorable one and fulfilled one of our reasons to visit Turi beach resort ."

"We recently stayed at Montigo Resorts Nongsa to celebrate my birthday, and it turned out to be a memorable experience. To our surprise, the resort gave us a complimentary upgrade to a beautiful three-storey villa, complete with two bedrooms, a spacious living area on the ground floor, and rooftop access on the top level. It was a lovely gesture that made my birthday feel even more special. We were also treated to a complimentary birthday cake, which was delicious and greatly appreciated. A special mention goes to the staff, who were consistently friendly, professional, and welcoming throughout our stay. Their warm hospitality and attentiveness contributed greatly to the overall experience. The resort itself is a great place if you're looking for a relaxing getaway where you can spend most of your time within the property. The villas are spacious, private, and perfect for unwinding. One area that could be improved is the buggy service. While the staff were helpful, waiting times could sometimes range from 15 to 20 minutes even during our off-peak stay. I can imagine the wait may be even longer during peak periods, so increasing the frequency of buggies would certainly enhance the guest experience. Do note that the resort is located about 30 minutes from Batam city centre, where most of the shopping malls and restaurants are. If you're planning to explore the city frequently, this is something worth considering. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and truly appreciated the thoughtful birthday surprises. The villa upgrade, birthday cake, and excellent service made the occasion extra special, and we would definitely consider returning for another relaxing getaway."

"Good location at the heart of Nagoya Thamrin. Surrounded by many eateries, massage place and entertainment outlets. Rooms are clean and spacious with basic amenities. Comfortable bed and pillows. Stable high speed WiFi unlike some of the other accomodations I've been recently. Breakfast was satisfactory with reasonable variety of food."

"If you are looking for a place that is away from the noise you can consider this hotel, it’s not that far from Nagoya and Grand Batam mall with grab which cost about IDR60-75k depending on the choice of vehicle. The room we got was worth the price paid for but I recommend for lake view as the one I chose was the view of the garden but what I see is the apartment just across our windows. The room is well maintained and clean, nice and comfy bed and pillows. Do take note that you hear music from morning till almost 10pm which was played from the open bar even I was on the 8th floor. Those who are thinking of using the gym, there is only 1 treadmill and the rest of the electric equipments are not working but you can do your run outside as the area is a gated private residential. Food for breakfast was provided with many options and my daughter and I was very happy with the varieties and I was surprised that they even have steamed sweet potatoes and tapioca which I have not seen in most places I’ve been, it was very thoughtful of them. The staffs are very friendly and always ready when you need help and kudos to the restaurant team that serves breakfast, they are very attentive and fast and stayed calm even when the place was packed of people on the weekends . Overall my stay was very pleasant and happy to come back again."

One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the staff service. The team was very friendly, polite, and always willing to help whenever needed. I would especially like to mention a staff member named Berkat, who truly went the extra mile to accommodate our requests and ensure that our stay was comfortable. His helpful attitude and dedication made a very positive impression on us and added warmth to the overall experience. The environment of the residence is peaceful and relaxing. Unlike hotels located in crowded tourist areas, this property offers a calmer atmosphere that feels more suitable for families or travelers who simply want to rest and unwind. The surroundings are quiet, and the overall ambiance is comfortable after a long day of sightseeing. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Housekeeping did a good job keeping the room tidy, and the facilities provided were sufficient for a family stay. The bed was comfortable, and the apartment-style setup gave a more homely feeling compared to a standard hotel room. One thing to take note of is the location. The residence is located quite far from Batam’s main city or town area, roughly around 20 minutes away depending on traffic. This means you may need extra planning if you intend to travel frequently into town for shopping or dining. Fortunately, the property provides a scheduled shuttle bus service, which is very helpful. However, guests will need to follow the shuttle timing strictly, as it operates based on a fixed schedule. Overall, Panbill Residence Serviced Apartment offers a comfortable and relaxing stay with excellent hospitality from the staff. While the location may not be the most convenient for those wanting quick access to the city, it is still a good choice for families or travelers looking for a peaceful accommodation experience in Batam."

"This was the best place nearby to SGP to enjoy a Getaway without too heavy pricetag. Best Value for money, Great staff from housekeeping, to spa, to recep & waitering team. Friendly & helpful, the rooms were clean & good sized, well ammenitized, good facilities and generous breakfast spread. No pesty insects, but breezy rooms to enjoy fuss-free vacay definitely will return to stay again."

"The hotel's location is excellent, right across from Batam's largest shopping mall. The facilities are comprehensive, and the environment is comfortable. The room insulation is great, the bed is very comfortable, and the curtains provide good blackout. The breakfast spread was incredibly rich, and they even offered complimentary laundry service. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit."

"The hotel is clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay here. The lobby is very bright and spacious. There is also an Indomaret just around a 2-minute walk from the hotel, which is very convenient. Even though there are not many food places or restaurants nearby, it was not a problem for us since we were using a motorbike."
