"The environment here is great! Downstairs, they always have iced water and croissants available, which is perfect for breakfast and helps save a lot of money in Europe. It's also very close to the city center, especially the train station. As for the facilities, the lobby has many sofas and is decorated in a very regal, palace-like style."

"Exceeded all expectations! I thought a hotel in an old building would be run-down, but the room was beautifully renovated. It was small but had everything you needed and was very comfortable. The lady at the front desk was incredibly helpful. She let us check in early as soon as a room was available, and answered all our questions throughout our stay. The breakfast room offers stunning views of Florence, with the cathedral dome and swifts that have migrated back from Africa after winter flying by the window."

"I rarely encounter discrimination, but this hotel treated Chinese guests differently. I'm posting this to warn others. I arrived at the front desk at 11 AM, and an old, limping white man served me. He was very rude, but I'm not easily offended and just thought his English wasn't great. He told me to come back at 3:30 PM for check-in, which I didn't think much of since I was going to the art museum anyway. I returned at 5 PM to pick up my luggage and go to my room. The bellhop only handed us the bags and didn't help us take them to the room. Again, I didn't think much of it and just carried them myself. When the elevator reached the second floor, I realized there was still a short flight of stairs. Once in the room, I found it dark and damp. I figured maybe old European buildings were like that, so I opened the window to air it out. Then I noticed the bathroom fan wasn't working, so I called. A worker came to check and said none of the fans were in use. I asked if other rooms were as damp, and the worker said no, and suggested I ask to change rooms. I contacted the front desk, but they said there were no other rooms available. It was my second day in Europe, and I was so jet-lagged and tired that I just wanted to lie down. That's when I discovered the bed was so damp I could wring water out of it, and the nightstands were covered in dust. It was clear this room hadn't been occupied for a long time. I contacted Trip.com and the front desk again, and both told me the hotel was fully booked. Trip.com then contacted their agent. Later, a lady from the front desk called me, still with the official line that there were no rooms. I asked her why we were given such a terrible room when we checked in that morning, and if it was because we were Asian. She immediately fell silent, then asked 'pardon.' I repeated my question, and she instantly said she could switch our room. I asked when, and she said 'immediately.' We were moved to a room across the hall on the third floor, the same room type, but it was bright and dry. At first, I hadn't realized it was discrimination, but this confirmed it. I've already advised Trip.com to remove this hotel to prevent other Chinese travelers from being mistreated. If my English hadn't been good, they would have definitely taken advantage of me."

"The room was beautifully designed and very aesthetically pleasing! I was pleasantly surprised to find a Marshall speaker in the room. It was so vibey to have music playing in the room. The hotel is well-equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. While it’s not within immediate walking distance of the old town and takes a bit of time to reach the central area, there’s a tram stop right outside the hotel, making it very convenient to get around to the train station!"

"The hotel's overall environment is excellent, and the location is superb. There's a bus stop right outside, and it's just a 10-minute walk to the central train station, or two bus stops away, which is incredibly convenient. The staff are attentive and enthusiastic. The rooftop offers fantastic panoramic city views. The room size is quite small, and the price is relatively high."

"When I arrived at the address on the main street, I was a bit confused at first because there was no hotel name displayed. However, I gathered the courage to ring the doorbell, and a sister came out, which put my mind at ease. I would have appreciated it if there had been some hotel information provided beforehand. The kitchen had a fridge and a small amount of space. The city tax needs to be paid in cash. It was also close to Florence station, making it convenient for sightseeing."

"The room was a decent size, just right for two people. Breakfast was acceptable, with all the basics covered. The service was enthusiastic, and the bathroom was large and quite clean. The hotel is conveniently located directly across from the train station, making it easy to get anywhere. There's also a Carrefour supermarket just a couple of hundred meters away."

"Absolutely stunning apartment, location, amenities. We will definitely stay here again. So easy to get around and not too far from the fabulous sights, bars and restaurants. Close to the Piazzale Michelangelo which is an amazing platform to view across beautiful Florence."

"Hotel was good. Close to city center. You can walk to bus C2 that takes you to everywhere in city center directly, we did that. It has a tap system with your payment card. Only thing we wondered was a construction worker in the room beside us working until 23.50 with vaccum cleaner and banging. We were up, but if you would had to sleep, it would have been alot annoying. But everything was great, good service. And it was clean."

"You have to go up to the 4th floor to reach the hotel entrance, and the rooms are quite small. Breakfast was decent. The location is fairly convenient, not too far from the Palazzo Medici Riccardi, the Accademia Gallery, and the Duomo."
