"My recent stay at the Novotel Okinawa Naha was an absolute delight from start to finish. I chose this hotel for its central location, but it exceeded all my expectations in every way. **The Stay: Comfort and Convenience** The rooms are modern, impeccably clean, and incredibly comfortable. The beds are like clouds, ensuring a perfect night's sleep after a long day of exploring Naha. The bathroom was spacious with a great shower, and the little sitting area was a nice touch. The view from our room was also lovely, offering a great look at the city. It’s the perfect peaceful retreat to return to. **The Food: A Delicious Surprise** We decided to have dinner at the hotel's restaurant on our first night, and we were so glad we did! The food was outstanding. We sampled both international dishes and local Okinawan specialties, and everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The breakfast buffet was equally impressive, with a huge variety of options—from Japanese classics like miso soup and rice to Western favorites like fresh pastries and eggs. It was the perfect fuel to start our days. **Overall Experience** What truly made the stay special was the staff. Everyone we encountered was friendly, professional, and went out of their way to be helpful. The location is also a major plus, making it easy to walk to Kokusai Street, the monorail, and other key attractions. We had a truly wonderful experience. "We chose this hotel for the pool and close proximity to both the monorail and the ferry ticket office. It was ideal for this reason. The pool was nice and quiet during the day. the ferry ticket office is just 1min walk away. several convenience stores close by. We went to Naminoue beach, about 25-30min walk away - we tried the bus according google maps but the bus didnt arrive as expected. For the rest, the hotel is clean and comfortable and decent size rooms. the washing machines are busy in the evening but convenient for use. The area around the hotel I wouldnt really recommend for families - its a little rundown and had a bit of a strange vibe, not as welcoming as other parts of Japan. Still clean and seems safe, but our least favourite area during our 3 week trip."

"I give 4 stars to the location due to its location that's slightly away from the main street. However, this is a quite location that we enjoy staying. Initially my wife does not like the hotel. However, after a 3-night stay, she started liking the hotel because of the comfortable bed and simple but nice breakfast (personally i like the orange juice so so much, as well as the milk). Besides, the toilet is spacious too. My wife enjoy soaking in the bathtub. Finally, it is the good service that we recommend this hotel. Please keep up the good work. Oh yes! There is free laundry and dryer machine too in the ground floor. Really a nice hotel!!"
