Nice hotel, but very poor service from the reception! The breakfast was very good, I liked that you can make your own toast. But we did not know and did not get any information about the spa. We didn’t not know that it wasn’t allowed to wear clothes/swimsuit. But I guess this was a interesting experience…

Das kleine, charmante Hotel besticht durch seine hervorragende Lage und sein großes Potenzial. Es ist offensichtlich, dass die Qualitätsstandards eines Grand Hotels angestrebt werden. Allerdings fehlt es unserer Meinung nach an qualifiziertem Personal und einer effektiven Leitung, die diese Standards durchsetzt. Im Frühstücksbereich mangelte es an Tassen und Besteck. Als ich das Personal darauf hinwies, reagierte eine Servicekraft äußerst hysterisch. Sie erklärte, dass sie nur zu dritt seien und aus finanziellen Gründen kein zusätzliches Personal eingestellt werden könne. Dabei wurde ich unsanft an der Schulter geschubst und lautstark aufgefordert, mich an der Rezeption zu beschweren. Da mir die Rezeption bereits durch eine unaufrichtige Freundlichkeit negativ aufgefallen war, verzichtete ich darauf. Eine Führungskraft war im gesamten Hotel nicht anzutreffen, auch auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption nicht. Somit blieb das Chaos unkoordiniert und die Laune war erstmal mies. Es scheint, als ob einige Mitarbeiter ihre Unzufriedenheit gegenüber der Leitung ausspielen möchten. Das Reinigungspersonal sowie die osteuropäischen Mitarbeiter arbeiteten hingegen vorbildlich und waren stets freundlich. „Die Gemeinsamkeit zwischen einem Gast und einem Mitarbeiter ist, dass beide nicht gezwungen werden, dort zu sein.“

Eins Vorweg! Es geht hier nicht darum, wild schlecht zu bewerten! Ich bewerte alle unsere Aufenthalte in Hotels und Restaurants und ich habe durchaus nen Haufen Vergleichshotels! Dieses Hotel hat seine 5 Sterne absolut nicht verdient! Ich kann die schlechten Bewertungen die man findet komplett unterschreiben.Es ist völlig überteuert und ich frage mich ernsthaft, wer dem Hotel 5 Sterne gegeben hat( DeHOGA)! Es ist ein gutes Mittelklasse Hotel aber nicht ein deut mehr! Für 150-180 pro Nacht evt noch zu empfehlen aber auch da nur mit Abstrichen. Gebt euer teuer verdientes Geld lieber anderen Hotels! Die Zimmer sind abgewohnt! Der Service zeitweise eine Katastrophe und das Frühstück keine 5 Sterne Wert! Ich ärger mich immer noch über die knapp 650 Euro für 2 Nächte!

Das Hotel ist definitiv renovierungsbedürftig. Im Deluxe-Zimmer mit seitlichem Meerblick waren die Teppiche mit Flecken übersäht und die Gardinen verschmutzt und vergilbt. Schlichtweg ekelhaft. Das hat wirklich nichts mit dem Standard eines 5-Sterne-Hotels zu tun!

Tolles Hotel, beste Lage am Strand. Anbindung an die Therme für Hotelgäste sehr gut. Überaus freundliche Mitarbeiter. Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Einziger Kritikpunkt das abendliche Menü im Restaurant. Das hat uns gar nicht zugesagt und auch nicht dem Standart eines fünf Sterne Hauses entsprochen. Nette Überraschung beim Check Out, haben wir eine kleine Flasche Mineralwasser und eine hausgemachte Marmelade geschenkt bekommen. Danke für eine tollen Aufenthalt mit super Erholungswert! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Hotelreservierungsleitung ist unfreundlich und nicht wirklich kundenorientiert. Ich hatte 2 Doppelzimmer für den Geburtstag meiner Tochter gebucht. Aufgrund eines grippalen Infekt wollte ich umbuchen. Die Hotel-Reservierung teilte mir mit ich müsste die Buchung stornieren (80% Stornierungsgebühren) und dann eine neue Buchung tätige. Dieses Hotel hat definitiv einen langjährigen Kunden verloren.
