"Small room but cute and convenient. The room is very small but also very convenient. It's perfect for a one night stay while going to or from the airport. I loved the short and funny messages in the room and throughout the hotel (a few of them can be seen in the pictures). It has a small tablet by the bed, from where you can control everything such as the lights, the curtains, the TV, the radio.... It even has a cozy option, and if you choose it, you get relaxing music, curtains go down, and you get cozy lighting. The bed is big and super comfortable. The room was very quiet. I had a great night's sleep. The only thing that I'd like to see an improvement on are the pillows. They are both too thick, and it was uncomfortable for my neck. The breakfast was generous, and there were a lot of vegetarian options. It's just a short (and easy) walk from the airport or the coaches (such as the Flix Bus). You can walk all the way into the check-in counter at the hotel, with the airport trolley. Very convenient! There are trolleys at the front door all the time. You do the check-in yourself, but there is always a person to help. The staff was very nice and friendly. I definitely recommend this hotel."

"Perfect location, the room is clean and modern with nice airport view. However, there are several problems: Slow shower drain, some towels are missing sometimes, did not refill conditioner when it is used up, did not brush the toilet"

"Location is a bit difficult because although there is a regular free shuttle Bus to the airport there is no easy way into the City. So by the time you've seen a show in town, the shuttle Bus has finished and taxis are required. Also it took 45 minutes to check out and they have 50 euros of mine as a deposit - I hope they return it quickly."

"My flight was delayed so I missed the connection and thankfully stayed just one night. No toiletries (just soap) or hair dryer in the room. I asked for a hair dryer to warm up the room, but all were given away. The toilet was clean the bed was comfortable, the room was quiet, but the heating was off and ventilation impossible to turn off, even though it was 14c outside and raining. The rooms are small but have the basics. The front desk has vending machines with sandwiches, snacks, hot and cold and drinks, and the breakfast is 11€. Hotel doesn’t accept cash and my Union pay card did not work, and my Mastercard was blocked so I spent the night without food or water. The free shuttle was on time (goes every 10-15min), and takes less than 10min to reach Schiphol airport, but it was crowded. On my way to the hotel I took a taxi and paid it 23€ because it was night and very cold and I had no clothes since my luggage was kept at the airport. The receptionists were kind but always very busy because obviously many flights get delayed. I would never stay here but this was an emergency and the hotel is 5,3km from the terminal."

"Convenient for transit. Front desk is OK. Room is very basic. There is no kettle for tea or coffee. You need to pay for tea or coffee at the reception area."

"I booked a twin room, but when I arrived I was given an apartment. I was only staying 24 hours, so it seemed unnecessary. The room was big and relatively clean. There had clearly been spill on the bed side table. There were several small insects by the bathroom, and the head board was either wiped in one spot with wax or was dirty from hair oils. The late night check in was not quite helpful, but the day time staff was incredibly kind and helpful."

"The room is relatively new, the bedding is clean, the breakfast is rich, the service attitude is good but the efficiency is very low. It is far from the airport, but the hotel has a shuttle bus that goes to and from the airport every half an hour, which is very convenient. There are no supermarkets, restaurants, etc. around the hotel, which is not very convenient."
