Overall it was a just okay. One thing that is a bit annoying is that they charge 25 USD per day to park a vehicle on site. It’s a bit more than I would like to have paid. While many hotels in the area also charge parking, the USA 🇺🇸 is a driving country and most hotels across the nation don’t charge for parking. It’s not listed as a free amenity so I can’t fault them for false advertising, but I wasn’t expecting to pay $75 additional for staying there 3 days. Additionally, they charge $6 for a bottle of water from the room. Just add it to the price of the rooms. Nobody likes to get hit with additional charges. It just puts a poor lasting impression on the overall experience.

Stayed for 5 days and loved it. Hotel is very clean. Got a free upgrade. Huge shout out to Mach, he truly loves his job and made us feel so welcome.

$25 Parking fee feels like I was being abused and taken advantage of!!! Shower was out of shampoo Won’t stay here again if they want to charge more than $10 for parking!!

Nice place and we stay there often…however the pillows absolutely suck! They are so flat and honestly couldn’t get comfortable last night. Ended up sleeping on the couch sitting up!

The hotel is in old town’s Scottsdale close to shops, museums and restaurants. My room was clean, quiet and had everything I needed, including iron, hairdryer, microwave, refrigerator, and shampoo, soap, and lotion. The hallways looked worn. Staff was very helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel

There was really no restaurant- Breakfast was bleak and expensive- The room was great and staff were great and location is central to old town and highways

The only thing bad about the hotel is the sneaky $25/night parking fee. It should have been mentioned at check in when they hand you a pass to put on your car.

The AC made so much noise and made it hard to sleep. The room smelled like an attic. The housekeeper did come and spray the room but it was short lived. The staff was amazing

The staff neglected to tell me that there was a parking fee of $25 per day until I checked out. Not fun to get an unexpected $75 bill for three days, when there was plenty of parking on the nearby streets.
