"Extremely convenient location! It's right next to the airport, which was perfect for me! The breakfast was simple but very tasty. I requested a late check-out for a couple of hours, and they granted it without any issues. The staff was very friendly, and my room was sparkling clean and fresh! Plus, the mattress was super comfortable! I had a wonderful rest."

"The location is perfect, giving directly on the promenade. I like also the style of the hotel. Accessibility is difficult though, as there is no elevator : difficult with big luggage. The room was really clean, shower pressure was ok but a little low. Shower can leaked all over the floor. Overall, great hotel."

"Environment: Each room has a small balcony with a view of the blue sea, which is indeed beautiful. However, on my first night, I stayed in room number 12 on the first floor, and there was a strong smell of paint that even caused an allergic reaction. After communicating with the front desk, I was moved to room number 44 on the fourth floor. The room was smaller, but at least there was no odor! (My first night was truly unforgettable; the stench made me extremely irritable, and I woke up with a very dry throat.) Service: I had seen previous reviews mention credit card issues, so I was cautious. During check-in, the front desk staff pretended to be busy, memorized my card's security code, and then immediately received a text message about a charge. I was confused and asked them to confirm; they said it was a guarantee, but only one euro was deducted (super strange!). Back in my room, I was alarmed and immediately locked my card for cardless payment (which turned out to be the right thing to do). After check-out, I received several text messages about failed charges because I had paid for the room through Ctrip! Facilities: I absolutely have to complain about the entrance step – it's very inconvenient, although the receptionist did help carry our large suitcases to the middle counter! But the most frustrating thing is the elevator; it's incredibly tiny. Two 28-inch suitcases took up almost two-thirds of the elevator, forcing us to crouch and squeeze our way up! This is my honest experience; I highly recommend leaving it at that."

"This hotel was honestly very frustrating. 1. The soundproofing is extremely poor. Every morning, you can hear the housekeeping staff knocking on nearby rooms to communicate or clean. I was woken up by the noise every single day. 2. Even if you hang the “Do Not Disturb” sign, the staff repeatedly ignore it and still knock on your door in the morning, invading your personal space. 3. On my first day, I forget to hang the sign. Yet the next morning they knocked persistently at 9, 10, and even 1 p.m I already opened the door the first time and clearly told them I didn’t need housekeeping, yet they kept coming back. 4. On the day of check-out, it was even worse. We had the sign up, and check-out time was 11 a.m., but they entered our room before we had checked out. What is this—some kind of unwanted morning call service? This seriously disturbed my rest and violated my privacy. Every morning I felt on edge because I could hear them knocking loudly on other doors and thought they were knocking on mine. the stay was very unpleasant. The only positive was the good location. Also, this wasn’t mentioned during booking, but the hotel requires a 150 euro deposit."

"Good location . Just beside Tram station ( L2 &L3). Very near to beach as well . Hotel service if good . Staffs are friendly . Room is small but with this rate it is totally acceptable. Breakfast is Horrable ( i am sorry but this is really far from normal standard) . Overall is ok , reccomended to stay but you can find your own breakfast."

"The hotel is great, located in the Old Town of Nice, very close to the beach – just a two or three-minute walk away. It's quite convenient for getting to nearby attractions, and there's a bus stop right outside. You can take a direct bus from the airport right to the hotel entrance. It's about a 15-20 minute walk to Nice Ville train station, making it easy to get around. I even got up early to watch the sunrise by the sea! I'd definitely choose to stay here again if I have the chance."
