Check in delayed as no one at front reception desk. Waited for about 10 minutes with no one coming out. Other people ahead of waiting. Banged on back office door, no response. Waited more and someone walked back behind desk and yelled for anyone to answer. Waited more and finally someone came out to check us in.
The next day I was at work and got a call at 1215 that we needed to check out. My husband had checked out hours ago. No one at desk so he left key in designated container. They said we had left all of our items in room. Had to call husband and he assured me he had not. Called back and they put me on hold to check again with housekeeping. They had wrong room number.
