"Stayed for a night here due to car workshop in the nearby area to avoid Weekend custom jam. Decent hotel for a night stay, However shower drain clog. Causing a flood in the bathroom during shower. Water heater doesn’t seem to be working well. Mostly cold water all the way. Bedsheet / Pillow there is a smelly smell. Minor stain here and there. With the price paid, can’t seem to expect much. Plus point, hotel parking."

"Nearby very convenient, a lot of shop, cafe restaurants convenience store etc. staff very friendly If you want a quiet stay might not suitable for you because the soundproofing are bad. But overall very nice to stay! Room are clean and spacious."

"Strategically located in the heart of Sutera mall district. Wide choice of food to choose from the restaurants in the area. Room issued was as requested away from the lift, spacious and in quiet setting. A Security officer is posted at the front of the Hotel in the evening providing us a peace of mind. A great vacation experience thank to Trip.com."

"It’s a very nice hotel with lots of shops surrounding. The only sad thing was the bed gave lots of squeaking noise and I requested the room to be decorated as we were newly married but it wasn’t decorated. Otherwise, the room was clean and tidy. Just be careful not to pay for any tourism tax at the counter as trip.com would have charged it into your payment during the booking itself. You can tell the receptionist that you have paid it at trip.com and show them the itemised receipt. The pic of the front view that they have uploaded in the website is not valid. It’s not the same when we went there."

"Quite new. Even 2storey this hotel have lift. Room quite small but practical. Comes with ID. Price can be cheaper with similar star as compared to KL, eg Puteri Ampang, Easy Hotel, Palm Inn all of them are stone away from Ampang Point shopping complex."
