In the complex apartment vote 7/10:wide,complete of everything, balcony,releasantly clean ; negative sides shower in bath, no air conditioning, mattress bed sofa, BAND THE MOQUETTE!! The hotel has a bell and a bell pool of water, and it is too hot, but the boys have enjoyed a half hour. I have eaten in the restaurant associated with this hostel a couple of times and since I needed to return to the city for an event, I thought I would try out the hostel because I know the city well and don't need to be right in the centre. Upon trying to book my reservation, I was told that they are imposing the health pass throughout the hotel (not just in the restaurant space - which is what the law requires here in France). They also repeatedly mentioned mask-wearing etc. which is fine, but it does not make for a good experience when making a booking. Of course, the health requirements are important, but I have decided to stay elsewhere because I find it strange to discriminate against people without the health pass with such zeal. I prefer to spend my money elsewhere and in a less anxiety-inducing place. I don't want to have to show my health pass each time I come and go from a hotel.

Best night’s sleep in a hotel ever! Comfortable beds and pillows, proper curtains and almost silent air con. Brilliant shower with Rituals products, separate toilet (always a winner!). Connecting rooms worked well for our family and the dog was made really welcome with bowls ready for her food and water. Can’t wait to come back again.

I cannot find Kyriad’s restaurant name Parvie to review so I will do it here. We just returned our rental car to Enterprise and the guys there recommended we try Parvie for quick snack since we have about 1 hour until our train to Paris arrives. Upon entering, we were greeted by Lucas and Clara. We were pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and modern decor of the dining room. Clara had such a jovial and pleasing attitude. She explained and answered all our questions. And Lucas was so helpful and attentive. We told them if they can make our food fast and they sure did! The food selection was just wonderful. We told . We were very fortunate to have gone to this restaurant and have such a wonderful experience provided by Clara and Lucas. Sorry we couldn’t say good y as we only had 5 minutes until our train departs. I am lucky that my company is moving away from the Tours Nord area. It means that I do not have to stay in this Mercure anymore. Let me be clear: the staff members are very nice and that is the reason I still give 3 points. However, this is the only Mercure where I would never get an upgrad as a platinum or now gold member. They are always full. Sometimes I find it hard to believe given the size - and the fact that in CDG I have the upgrade every time. The standard rooms are of good standard mercure quality but in regards to amenities it is really below any kind of standard: you have a shower gel from a large bottle (that was unfortunately empty) and the same for the soap. There is nothing else. You get coffee powder and a couple of tea bags as well as a half liter of water. Maybe I am spoiled after our holidays in Asia but I am seriously considering to quit the Accor Live Limitless program and try my luck somewhere else. For two nights for business it is ok and again, lovely staff. Just not a place that makes you feel welcome. I am looking forward to seeing the folks at the Mercure Tours Sud again (should I remain with ALL...).

We spent a night in this hotel. Late arrival we were very welcomed by the staff and in the morning. We had booked a room for 3 people +2 dogs. Spacious room and bathroom. The hotel was very good and varied. The hotel was also very good and very nice. If we are around, we will not hesitate to stop there.

We came tonight (7 July at 23h) The person when booking the night explained to me that the key machine was not compatible with their new system of door opening but assured me that by calling the number indicated just We're coming, we're calling as asked... 3 calls and no one answers.... Appel d'un autre client (qui était déjà sur place depuis dix minutes) et miracle une personne décroche et lui demande toutes ses informations. Il me passe le combiné et elle nous demande les nos nos. She tells us that someone arrives... 10 minutes after the lady reminds the gentleman by saying that someone arrives 15 minutes after... We made 2h+3h on the road, our disabled son was exhausted and not at all! We decided not to stay and go to another hotel obviously cheaper but where there was a person at the reception who gave us our key of the next day and we could reach a much more comfortable room directly. We have been waiting for a room and we have told them our misaventure and they also prefer to go somewhere and they have done well! If you book at them, note that the reception closes at 21:00, so if you arrive after plan to go elsewhere!!!!
