Hotels near Hullyeonwon Park, Seoul

Got a room from the residence tower. The room was nice and spacious, and the bathroom was huge. Came with a kitchenette and washing machine in the room. Walking distance to dongdaemun night market, plenty of food choices nearby within 10mins walk. There’s a small convenience store around the corner. Towels smelt of bleach, but otherwise, they were always clean! The hotel was by a main road, and it was easy for cabs and a private drop off at the back of the hotel for a longer wait. The lady behind the counter at the cafe located on Level 1, she seems to be dreaming most of the time. Had to keep repeating myself for her to get the message. Room was 72x, she couldn’t find the number in the system despite asking us for it for 3 times. We had to write it down, and she still read it as 32x. 🙂↕️ had to correct her a couple of times that’s it’s SEVEN TWO x. Overall, great stay!

The hotel was clean, and the location was good. The only bad is very noisy construction in the morning. Maybe it is temporary. Also asked for extra pillow, they don't have, the housekeeping service need to improve. The call to them is difficult to get through, and daily housekeeping is not up to level.

My husband and I booked this hotel on a day we checked in cause of the previous hotel we booked was horrible. Skypark hotel reviewed and confirmed my booking very quickly. The first thing I’ve noticed that it’s super clean. The room isn’t big, but enough for two adults with 2 suitcases. We had a lovely room keeper who cleaned the room every day. You can find everything you need in the room, except for a toothbrush. However, you can go to the check-in desk and buy one there. They sell other items too. Also, one of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its location. Close to two subway stations and a couple of bus stations. Around you can find multiple convenient stores, coffee places, restaurants and so on. We truly loved our stay. Thanks!

The location is great, just at the subway exit. There is a convenience store downstairs. It is also very convenient for shopping, sightseeing and experiencing the traditional market in the center of Dongdaemun. The nearby wholesale market for fashion accessories and cosmetics can be visited even after midnight. It's very safe to go out alone after walking up late. The B&B-type room was clean and comfortable, and I was overjoyed with the wide view. In addition to the general hotel room facilities, it also had a microwave and washing machine. It gave me the feeling of home. It is suitable even for long-term rental. In addition, the price is very affordable and the price-performance ratio is very high. The host is very nice and considerate. Thank you for taking care of her these days. I won’t choose her next time I go to Seoul!

This was my first time staying here! The location was great, and the facilities were perfect! There was even a washing machine, microwave, hair dryer, and hair iron, and the shower room had a door so the toilet didn't get soaked. The cleaning was also done well, so I had a very comfortable stay 🌈 The owner was also very kind and answered all my questions and requests, and was very gentle and easy to talk to! ︎ Even when I asked about ordering takeout, he didn't make a face, and I definitely want to stay here again when I travel! ︎ The subway station was right next to the station, there were lots of buses, and I could go shopping at night, so it was great! ︎ I'm so grateful for all the help I received! ︎

I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is so close to many restaurants, coffee shops and two metro lines. It was also conveniently located to Gwangjang Market via a 10 minute walk, Bukchon Hanok Village 20 minutes via metro and Gyeonggbokgung Palace. You can easily hike Namsan Mt. Park all the way to Seoul Tower in about 90 minutes, starting from the hotel all the way to the top. The staff were very friendly and accommodating organizing taxi services and helping with directions to get around the city. The room needs a bit of updating but it was clean, functional, the bed was comfortable to sleep in and it had a nice view of North Seoul Tower. I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again!

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. This time I stayed for eight days. The space is large, but the design of its use is not smooth. There is a lot of storage space and the kitchen utensils are very complete (induction cooker, range hood, oven and microwave), but there are no tableware or kitchen supplies. Basically, the kitchen equipment is not very meaningful. The clothes hanging place is very high, probably for people who are 180cm tall, which is extremely unfriendly to women of average height). There is no desk to write or use a computer, and sundries can only be placed on the kitchen stove. There was a strong sewer smell as soon as I opened the door, but fortunately the smell mostly disappeared after the air conditioner ran for a while. The hot water in the bathroom shower head is too low, and you need to rub your body while flushing to ensure that the shower gel is washed off. Although there is a dry and wet separation, the water will still leak out to the ground uncontrollably... The cleaning staff are good and bad, some clean very thoroughly, some do a sloppy job, it all depends on your luck. The space allocation in the bathroom is very good, with plenty of space for placing cosmetics and skin care products. The toilet is pressure-sensitive, which keeps you warm in the cold winter. It is also equipped with a light at night, so you don’t need to turn on the toilet light to disturb your friends’ sleep. The double-layer floor-to-ceiling windows have strong sound insulation effects. There is a balcony where you can enjoy the city view and the sunset or sunrise, and you can also see the lights of the commercial and office buildings. The washing machine and clothing UV irradiation device are options that I personally think are very worthwhile. The housekeeping service is simple cleaning once a day and changing of bed sheets every two days. But bath towels are changed every day. In winter, the floor heat is used and the air is very dry. There is an automatically activated air exchanger in the room. The disadvantage is that it is above the bed, which disturbs sleep a bit. It's white noise. The counter is open 24 hours a day. Although there is no trouble for them, their service attitude can be felt to be very good👍. Building B of the hotel is connected to the nearby shopping mall by a sky bridge, which is very convenient for dining and drinking coffee. There are also many handmade shopping shops to visit. English is easy to communicate in, and Chinese is available everywhere. Please note that in winter, the floor heating is used, and the air will be drier than in hotels with air conditioning. There is no humidifier provided. You can watch various channels on TV, but you have to join Samsung membership first, which is a bit troublesome. The picture shows the connecting sky bridge. The area nearby is still under construction, so the air quality is not good during the day, but people basically go outside. It is better at night. There are many office workers and fewer tourists nearby. The subway is close and the transportation is convenient, but after 10 o'clock, you have to walk for more than 10 to 20 minutes to eat.

Its very convenient location, just came out from Chungmuro station exit 6 or 7. If u come from incheon airport, take an arex to seoul station and then take line 4 to chugmuro station. The room has a refrigerator and washing machine plus a dryer.

It was my first time booking this hotel. It’s a 10 minute work from the heart of Myeongdong, which is not that bad because on the way there’s many small cafes and restaurants you get to try. The only thing for improvement is the cleanliness, there was some hair on the bed when we checked in. Also, our room was facing the construction site across so every morning around 7am we would be woken up by the sound of drilling. Otherwise, it is a good hotel in good location with all the services you need.
