when i came to buzz in, no one answered and i was left standing outside in the blazing heat and could not contact the hostel. Another traveller ended up exiting which allowed me in, but if it had not been for them, I don’t know how long i would have been left standing outside.

Highly recommended by a travel friend, turned out to be a total disappointment: dirty WC (no paper and open bin), clocked up shower, only 1 sink in female santitation; rooftop terrace only opens at 4PM (no morning yoga😢), cramped room, with broken lockers, dust, no ceiling light but Ikea lampthings AND a sensor light which switched on a nighttime when I simply turned around on top bunk bed, total inflexibility cancellation or simply changing dates, seemingly cashing in relying entirely on volunteers instead of paid staff, even in dire economic times. Good location, friendly volunteer staff

Like everything, it has positive and negative points.. Of note is the excellent location, the friendliness and service of the staff and the modern and alternative decor.. The weak points include bunk beds that are not very firm, and they shook when going up, the curtain in the bathroom The shower was short, so the floor was soaked and the door hit the front door handle, meaning it had to be forced open.

I often go to Sevilla but I had never been to this hostel. A stone's throw from the cathedral, very central, excellent price, really cheap for a double room with private bathroom. It is a very well-kept hostel, with themed rooms. We had the cinema room. I was really satisfied and will return. Friendly staff. I didn't see the other rooms, there are shared rooms with common kitchen. And we didn't use shared bathrooms. Excellent, the owners are very good at making this cheap place a nice place

We had a reservation for May 2020 since we were going to a specific event for that date and when we canceled everything, they did not refund our money (€20 per person). They told us to go during 2021 but obviously we have not been able to go because we have been in Navarra almost all year with restrictions and the rest of the months it was not worth it for us to travel 900km for €20 for a hostel. An ugly detail for the little money it costs for the hostel. Furthermore, both by email and by Google reviews, they responded to us in a very bad way. And we are not allowed to leave a review on *********** because I imagine they do not want a bad comment (despite having paid for the entire stay). We will not go nor recommend it, that is clear.
